Teresa Giudice's New Year's Resolutions
Teresa Giudice has until January 5th to turn herself in to begin serving her 15 month jail sentence. She recently made a YouTube video with her friend and Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Dina Manzo detailing her New Year's Resolutions. Here they are:
1) Avoid bad carbs (I don't think they do gluten-free in prison)
2) Work on her ass (She'll probably get time to exercise in the yard)
3) Keep being around positive people (Would we call fellow prisoners positive people?)
4) Spend more time with Dina (Hard to do with those short visiting hours)
Well, one out of four ain't bad.

Update on Lindsay Lohan's Condition
Us Weekly has an update on the virus(es) plaguing Lindsay Lohan. She is battling Chikungunya, a rare, untreatable virus. The virus is transmitted by mosquitoes, and the symptoms include fever, joint pain, fatigue, and a rash. Apparently the joint pain can last for months. Not sure whether or not Lohan is currently claiming to be sober; if not, she surely has an endless supply of pills to help cope with the joint pain.

Michelle Williams has sold her Brooklyn townhouse for $8.8 million. The townhouse sold for over a million over asking; it was listed for $7.5 million back in September. Gwyneth Paltrow Speaks To The Haters
Gwyneth Paltrow recently sat down for an interview with Harper's Bazaar. Among other topics, Paltrow talked about the hatred she feels from other women. The Daily Mail quotes her as saying the following:

Voice Actress Christine Cavanaugh Has Died
Christine Cavanaugh has passed away at the age of 51, The LA Times reports. The voice actress gave life to many iconic characters, including Babe the pig, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, and Chuckie from Rugrats. Cavanaugh was originally from Utah. After divorcing her husband Kevin, she retired from acting in 2001 and moved back to Utah.

'Tis the season to break up! TMZ is the first to report that Slash has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Perla Hudson. Perla flew to Hawaii with the couple's two sons London, 12, and Cash, 10, on Sunday, and told Slash that he had until New Year's to fix things. Apparently he declined her offer. Like Chris Rock, Slash had also filed for divorce from his wife before; he drew up divorce documents in 2010, but the couple reconciled. Expect this to be another acrimonious divorce, as Perla is also Slash's manager.
The Jeremy Renner Divorce
TMZ is reporting that Jeremy Renner's wife, Sonni Pacheco, has filed for divorce. I know what you're thinking. Jeremy Renner was married?! Yes it's true. The couple have been married for ten months, and share a 1-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin. Oh, wait. So this is the surrogate? I thought she was his surrogate? At any rate, this is firming up to be one ugly divorce. There is a prenup in place, but Pacheco has alleged that it is invalid because it is based on fraud. I think we all know what the fraud is. Strangely, she is also alleging that Renner stole her passport, birth certificate, and social security card, and is demanding their return.

Have you ever noticed the way that the significant relationships of these siblings are spun? They are perpetually the objects of desire… and the victims of cruel heartbreak.
They never pursue anyone. The other person is always chasing them, begging them to be exclusive, pushing them to get married.
They are never at fault when the relationship doesn’t work. The other person is always the damaged/cheating/controlling/bad person.
They always pretend that they tried their best to make things work, but that bad other person always fails them and disappoints them and breaks their heart.
You can find examples in every one of their past and current relationships. In fact, you’ll see this same spin happening during the next breakup.
Of course it’s all BS. They are just as damaged and cheating and controlling and awful as their significant others. In some cases, even more so. However, they have a strong marketing team and the stories are spun from their perspective to make them seem innocent and worthy of your sympathy. It’s the classic good guys/bad guys scenario. And if you are still watching, they believe it’s because you see them as the good guys!

Man Charged For Hitting J Lo From The Back
Back in September, Jenny from the Block was chilling at a stoplight in her Rolls Royce with her two kids and Leah Remini when she was rear ended by a drunk driver, Page Six reports. The Las Vegas resident was finally charged with a DUI yesterday; he was nearly twice the legal limit. If convicted, he will face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Ashlee Simpson Changing Name
Both Ashlee Simpson and her new husband Evan Naess are changing their names! TMZ reports that the couple will both be getting the hyphenate Ross-Naess as their last name. Publicly, Evan already goes by the last name Ross, although he legally has only his father's last name. The son and daughter-in-law of Diana Ross should be able to garner some better dinner reservations once the name change takes effect.
Chris Rock Divorce Turns Nasty
Chris Rock's divorce filing was just announced, and things are already turning nasty! In the divorce filing obtained by TMZ, Rock claims that his wife Malaak has been preventing him from seeing his two daughters. The Rocks do have a prenup, but it may be expired due to the length of their union. The couple have been working toward the split since November when they began identifying their community property. Rock also seems to be paving the way to lowering any spousal support; he points out in the filing that Malaak is "(able) to work and contribute to her own support."

With its release called into question, The Interview was finally made available online on Christmas Eve, only to become Sony's top grossing online movie release of all time. The Huffington Post reports that the movie generated more than $15 million dollars in its first four days of release. Disneyland is apparently not the happiest place on Earth for Christina Aguilera. TMZ reports that when she went to the theme park for her birthday and wanted to take a picture with some of the characters, she became agitated when she found out that Mickey Mouse is allowed to take breaks. Screech Stabbed A Guy
Well, that's one way to celebrate Christmas! TMZ reports that in the early hours of Friday morning, Dustin Diamond, aka Screech from Saved By the Bell, was arrested in Wisconsin for stabbing a guy. Screech and the victim got into an argument late on Christmas night, and Screech stabbed the guy with a switchblade. The victim had a 1/2 inch wound under his armpit which bled heavily. The skirmish was allegedly over taking pictures of Screech. Screech is claiming self defense. This should go without saying, because really, why would anyone want to? But don't take pictures of Screech; it makes him stabby.

Apparently it still pays to be Justin Bieber. TMZ reports that he bought himself a jet for Christmas. Now, private jets cost somewhere around $60 million, so it's more likely that he bought himself a share in a private jet that one all to himself, but either way, we can all rejoice that we won't have to sit on an airplane next to Justin Bieber! More Madonna Tracks Leak
I'm sure that Madge is most unhappy today! The Hollywood Reporter announced that 14 more tracks from Madonna's upcoming album Rebel Heart have leaked online, including a collaboration with Pharrell. Rebel Heart is not scheduled for release until March 10.

The giggling baby that appeared on The Teletubbies is all grown up! Us Weekly reports that Jess Smith of England, now 19, was the giggling baby sun on the popular children's program. Smith was 9 months old when she filmed her part, and was paid about $400 and a box full of toys.

Jennifer Lawrence Makes Christmas Visit to Children's Hospital
When Jennifer Lawrence went home to Kentucky for Christmas, she also popped in to pay a visit to the local children's hospital in Louisvlle. Us Weekly reports that she spent Christmas Eve at the Kosair Children's Hospital in an unannounced visit. She visited the same hospital last year as well.
Eliza Coupe Married
Page Six reports that Eliza Coupe and Darin Olien got married on Christmas Eve in New Zealand. The couple announced their engagement last month. This is Coupe's second marriage; she was previously married to Randall Whittinghill.
Seth Rogen Attends Interview Screening Without Incident
The Interview was released in theatres yesterday. Page Six reports that Seth Rogen and co-director Evan Goldberg surprised viewers at a midnight screening in Los Angeles. The pair thanked the viewers for showing up. Cinefamily, owners of the theatre where Rogen and Goldberg showed up, have stated that most of the showings they have booked are sold out.

Documentary Reveals Fate of Michael Rockefeller
The Search for Michael Rockefeller premieres on Netflix February 1st, reports Page Six. The documentary will explore the fate of the son of New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller. The film will confirm what The Post reported back in 1968: namely, that Rockefeller was eaten by cannibals.
Man Wakes Up From Car Crash Convinced He's Matthew McConaughey
Rory Curtis, a 25-year-old barber from London, suffered a brain hemorrhage after crashing into a truck. Upon waking up in the hospital six days later, Curtis was convinced that he was Matthew McConaughey. Curtis recovered fully and left the hospital after two months (the accident happened in 2012), but here are his priceless quotes about his time as Matthew McConaughey, as reported by Us Weekly:

"To be honest, I think you'll find that the woman who is saying that (the roles have dried up) is the woman who at 40, 45, 48, still wants to play the ingénue, and can’t understand why she's not being cast as the 21 year old...I have heard of an actress, part of her fee negotiation was getting the number of children she was supposed to have lessened. Can you believe this? This (character) was a woman with four children, and there were reasons why she had to have four children – mainly, she lived in a cold climate and there was nothing to do but fornicate all day - so quit arguing, just play the role! The point is, you do have to be prepared to accept that there are stages in life. So I can’t be the Gladiator forever."

Michael Keaton Wins Lawsuit Over Directorial Debut
Michael Keaton has been battling a lawsuit from a production company run by Paul Duggan, a hedge fund manager, over The Merry Gentleman, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Duggan was claiming that Keaton did not live up to his contract, and blamed Keaton for the film's poor box-office performance. However, Keaton's directorial debut was dubbed "impressive" by The Hollywood Reporter, and U.S. District Judge Gary Feinerman dismissed the claims against Keaton, and acknowledged his hard work in promoting the picture.

The Interview Comes To A Theatre Near You
Sony has reversed its position on releasing The Interview once again, and has decided to release the movie on Christmas Day after all. Many of the large theatre chains are still refusing to screen the movie, but Entertainment Weekly has a comprehensive list of where you can see The Interview. Clint Eastwood Back On The Market
Clint Eastwood is single again, just in time for the holidays! Page Six reports that Eastwood's divorce from wife Dina Eastwood was finalized on Monday in Monterey, CA. The couple split in June 2012. Sadly for us, the financial terms of the divorce were not disclosed. Eastwood had previously attempted to deny Dina spousal support. The couple were married for 18 years, and had one daughter together, Morgan, 18.

TMZ reports that Dennis Rodman is being featured in a video game next to Kim Jong Un, in which players can "take on America" as either Jong Un or Rodman. The video game is to be called Glorious Leader. Rodman's attorney has sent a letter to game designer Jeff Miller demanding that he be removed from the game. Tim Burton was asked about the possibility of a Beetlejuice sequel while he was out promoting his new movie Big Eyes. Where Has Richard Simmons Gone?

Casey Kasem Finally Gets Burial
Casey Kasem has finally been laid to rest, nearly six months after his death, ABC News reports. Kasem was buried in Norway by his wife Jean without consulting his children. Since Jean is the conservator of his remains, she was under no obligation to tell the children about the burial. Kerri Kasem and his other children are sure to be livid about this development; Kerri had previously stated that her father had requested to be buried outside of Glendale, California (most likely at the famed Forest Lawn cemetery).

It seems that the Artist Formerly Known As Enty (because let's face it, we all know that "Enty" hasn't been Enty for a long time now), doesn't want you to be able to read his content anywhere but on Crazy Days and Nights, but he has made Crazy Days and Nights unreadable. How's that for a Catch-22? It also makes me wonder why Enty isn't sending DMCA takedown notices to AGC Webpages, who posts blinds from Crazy Days and Nights. So does Gossip Bucket. Lest you think Outtie is making it up, here's the full e-mail below, along with a link to the DMCA takedown notice for CDAN Companion that started it all.
