Chris Rock Divorce Turns Nasty

Chris Rock's divorce filing was just announced, and things are already turning nasty! In the divorce filing obtained by TMZ, Rock claims that his wife Malaak has been preventing him from seeing his two daughters. The Rocks do have a prenup, but it may be expired due to the length of their union. The couple have been working toward the split since November when they began identifying their community property. Rock also seems to be paving the way to lowering any spousal support; he points out in the filing that Malaak is "(able) to work and contribute to her own support."
