Marriage Trouble on Vanderpump Rules
TMZ reports that Sheana Marie and Michael Shay are having marriage problems again. Apparently Shay didn't come home on Wednesday night, and since a close friend of theirs had recently died, Scheana feared that Shay had relapsed (he battled a pill addiction, but maintains that he has been sober since the first of the year). When Scheana couldn't reach Shay, she cut off his credit cards. Damn, that seems a little extreme! But perhaps not, because Shay allegedly cleared out the couple's joint checking account and has been MIA since. Well, the marriage was doomed to fail from the start; Shay isn't famous and Scheana is such a starfucker.

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Her Climb To the Top
This on-air television talent kept quiet when other women at her network came forward with charges that their boss was a jerk who had sexually harassed them.
We told you months ago that she was saving her comments on the situation so she could use them to renegotiate her contract and make as much money as the top male talent at her network. Contract time is here… so let the spilling now begin!
She doesn’t give a flying fuck about the other women who were abused, some of whom lost their jobs and were viciously smeared in the press. She doesn’t give a flying fuck about how their lives or careers were ruined, or about the impact on the network, or about how to improve the workplace. She only cares about her own climb to the top and making as much as [Male Top Talent]. She’s going to use her stories as weapons to get what she wants. This was all a very calculated move on her part.

Chrissy Teigen Talks John Legend
Chrissy Teigen is on the cover of December's Cosmopolitan magazine. Here are some highlights from her interview:
On John’s exes:
"I didn’t know it, but John used to be a notorious modelizer. To me, he was the sweetest teddy bear. What’s funny is that I get along with everyone he’s ever been with. I end up really liking them. After I see them, I’ll tell him, 'Oh, I was on-set with your ex today — it was fun!' ... It was before me, so it’s fine."
On whether there was ever a time she didn’t think her and John would last:
"Early on in the relationship, I was on tour with him and he’d gotten sick. He was feeling really bummed and stressed out. He was like, 'I can’t be in a relationship right now.' That lasted for one day. Literally, a day. I knew it came from a place other than us not working ... I always joke, 'Remember when you tried to break up with me?' He’s like, 'Yes, sorry. Big mistake.'”

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Bored but Rich
If you're an actress, you should get your agent on the phone because a great part might be opening up!
This A-list television actress is so bored and tired of her television show. She complains to everyone that will listen that she wants off the kinda long-running hit show, but the producers are reluctant to terminate the contract and she loves the high salary they pay her.
'She loved it at first,' says the source, 'but now she's just had enough. She's always complaining about the long filming schedule interrupting her so-called life, but she's earning more money than she ever has.'
Hm... It's a dilemma we'd all love to have!

Tom Ford Opens Up About Sobriety
Designer and Filmmaker Tom Ford recently sat down for an interview with Out Magazine, where he opened up about his sobriety. Here's what he had to say:
On Parenthood (his son Jack is 4):
“I always wanted kids. But I really had a bad drinking problem. I couldn’t have had Jack in that state — I’d have dropped him down the stairs and accidentally burned him with a cigarette...You give up the right to kill yourself. And I kind of liked that, because it’s the ultimate out...Also, I hurt my back. Jack’s heavy now. You realize why most people have their kids when they’re in their 20s or 30s.”
On the family's relocation to Los Angeles from London:
“[Jack]’s losing his English accent very quickly, which I’m a little sad about. He hasn’t started saying ‘awesome’ yet, which he absolutely cannot say He cannot start saying ‘awesome.’...The worst for me is ‘my bad,’” says Ford. “It’s like a country of infants! You hear adults saying things like that — I’m shocked.”
On his formality:
"I sound like an old man a lot of times because I am old-fashioned and formal in many ways. If Jack would meet you, he would put out his hand and say, ‘Hello, Mr. Hicklin,’ and he’d look you in the eye.”
On his film aesthetic:
“I like old-fashioned movies where people are more beautiful than they are in real life. People keep comparing [my movies] to Douglas Sirk, and it was certainly never an intention — I find Sirk’s movies a little camp and melodramatic. However, I love them, and I know them all by heart, and I suppose I can be a little melodramatic. I like stories that are a little overblown like that, and I do like a lot of lacquer and polish on things.”

Aubrey Plaza Almost Married Michael Cera
Aubrey Plaza, 32, recently appeared on RuPaul and Michelle Visage's podcast What the Tee?, where she revealed that she almost married Michael Cera, 28, back in 2010 after shooting Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Here's what she had to say, as reprinted by E! News:
"[We dated for] a year and a half...No, no, he's a very special—I mean, we love each other. We're still really good friends. He's just a weird little freak and we speak the same language...He's one of the funniest people I know."

Tori Spelling Still Can't Pay Her Bills
E! News reports that American Express is suing Tori Spelling for not paying her bills. Think this is an old story? That's understandable, because American Express sued Spelling for not paying her bill in January of this year - to the tune of almost $38,000. This time, they are suing her for not paying $87,000. Damn, bitch can spend some money! As a reminder, she only inherited $800,000 from her father Aaron Spelling (he was worth a reported $600 million).
Ryan Phillipe is Back on the Market
Us Weekly reports that Ryan Phillipe, 42, and Paulina Slagter, 25, have called off their engagement. The couple were together for a total of five years. Phillipe was previously married to Reese Witherspoon, 40; they share daughter Ava, 17, and son Deacon, 13. After Witherspoon, Phillipe dated Abbie Cornish, 34. Phillipe is also the father to daughter Kai, 5, with ex Alexis Knapp, 27. Judging by the declining ages of his successive girlfriends, I've got $5 that says his next girlfriend is Bella Thorne, 19.

Justin Timberlake Talks Fulfillment
Justin Timberlake recently sat down for an interview with Variety; here's what he had to say:
“My life has changed and is changing. So it’s important to discover that there’s work you can do where you get more time with your family. I wouldn’t go on tour next week, because I wanna be with my son. I wanna be with my wife. What does touring even look like for me now? It’s such a luxury to be able to make those decisions: to be able to think about how you could do the work you used to do in a different way. As men, we’re always taught at a young age to be a man and have your priorities in order. And you get to a point where you’re like, ‘It’s not about “being a man” — it’s about fulfillment.’ Which is a totally different thing.”
On knowing that he knows nothing:
“You’ll notice I say ‘I don’t know’ a lot. And you know the reason why? Because I don’t f—king know! I’ve realized that I don’t really know anything, and when you realize that, you realize a lot. I think you always have to be able to be malleable. The worst thing you can do is base all your creativity on some sort of ideal destination. Because you never get there. Which is not to say that I didn’t think more like that when I was young, but that’s a big part of growing up.”
On his childhood musical inspiration:
“My parents were divorced, and I’ll never forget going to stay with my father for a weekend, and he had a vinyl player that he had set up in my bedroom for me. There were a lot of records, and I just looked at the cover of Queen’s ‘A Night at the Opera’ and put it on, and I didn’t leave the room for a weekend. I listened to it over and over again.”
On his crossover into acting:
“For this generation of actors and musicians, to try to do both probably feels gratuitous in a way. I just feel like I grew up thinking about Frank Sinatra or Gene Kelly — that era of entertainment, where everyone could use their voice and sing, everyone studied acting. It just seemed like being an entertainer was an all-encompassing and unabashed thing. Listen, my first job ever was on a television show. It’s not a stretch when you see people who’ve come out of that show and go, ‘Oh, that guy can sing? Oh, that girl can act?’ We were taught all that, and we were just sponges — most of us, anyway — just soaking it all in.”

Mila Kunis Blind Item - You'll Never Work In This Town Again...
Mila Kunis recently penned an essay for Ashton Kutcher's website A Plus. Here is an excerpt:
"You'll never work in this town again."
A cliché to be sure, but also what a producer threatened when I refused to pose semi-naked on the cover of a men's magazine to promote our film. I was no longer willing to subject myself to a naïve compromise that I had previously been willing to. "I will never work in this town again?" I was livid, I felt objectified, and for the first time in my career I said "no." And guess what? The world didn't end. The film made a lot of money and I did work in this town again, and again, and again. What this producer may never realize is that he spoke aloud the exact fear every woman feels when confronted with gender bias in the workplace.

Bruno Mars Talks Perfectionism
Bruno Mars is on the cover of this month's Rolling Stone. Here are some of the highlights from the accompanying interview:
On being a perfectionist:
"I've been living in this damn box for 18 months! It's right there, man. I've got to finish one song and tighten up the bridge on another, and I'm pretty much done. I want to be finished by the middle of next month. I do have a deadline. And this shit ain't cheap!...We're at the point now where we're losing our fucking minds. My engineer's going crazy; he wants to kill me. This process is just such a weird process. Sitting in this freezing-ass-cold box trying to come up with songs."
On Skrillex:
"[Skrillex] is a sonic genius, and his version is amazing. There's just something that's still not happening for me. The groove ain't right, or we're not doing something on the chorus – I don't know the exact math. I'm just trying to figure out why I'm tuning out in certain parts."
On the pressure to follow up Uptown Funk:
"Coming off the biggest song of my career, it was super-daunting to come in here. I don't know if people are going to love this shit. I don't know if radio is going to play it. But what I don't want to have happen is I put it out and say, 'Damn it, if I'd just done this and this, maybe it would have had a shot.'"
On testing his songs out while driving:
"We've worked on songs till 3 or 4 in the morning, like, 'This is gonna be the first single!' – and the minute I take it to the car, it's so obvious we were tripping. Something happens when you roll down your window and you can hear the traffic and real noise – the way people are actually going to hear it."
On songwriting:
"Bro, it's the hardest. Every beat has already been made, every rhyme has already been said, every chord progression has already been done. I'm competing with billions of other songs ... It's like winning the lottery – you just gotta get lucky."

James Franco Talks Making Niche Movies
James Franco's new movie is an adaptation of John Steinbeck's In Dubious Battle. Franco recently sat down for an interview with The Hollywood Reporter about making niche movies; here are some of the highlights:
What interested you about Steinbeck’s book?
"I grew up in Palo Alto, Calif., pretty close to Steinbeck country. I started reading his books when I was a teenager. About two years ago, I did a production of Of Mice and Men on Broadway, and it was this incredible experience. It got me thinking about doing more Steinbeck and maybe adapting one of his novels because I had already adapted a few American classics into movies. I just started looking at the Steinbeck books that hadn’t been made or had been adapted but were smaller films. I wanted to do Battle because when I reread it, I thought it was perfect — it was part of what is unofficially known as the Dustbowl Trilogy, which also includes The Grapes of Wrath and Of Mice and Men. It has a similar setting to where I grew up, and it has similar characters and similar circumstances — ranch hands and people working on ranches and farms and a lot of migrant workers.
But what I found in In Dubious Battle is that they had a very clear conflict that started very early on and once it starts, it never died down until the end — it just kept escalating and escalating. And then, looking at it as a storyteller, the actual content of the conflict and why they are fighting is still very topical — that people without rights or without power should be compensated for their work is still a very important issue."
What do you think this film says about what an ordinary person can do to have more rights or have a voice, especially during this heated election season?
"Obviously, it’s such a complicated issue. Maybe the message of the movie is about how there are ways to take things into your own hands. I think an issue with this election is that people feel like their voices don’t matter. There’s no point in participating because they’re not happy with anything that happens, so what’s the point? I would just say that it’s always good to get involved in some way or another, that there’s always ways to get involved. Not being involved is not the answer."
When it comes to these ambitious period pieces, how hard is it to get financing and get the movies made?
"It’s something that we had to figure out. I remember before I went to NYU for film school, and I had already been acting for more than 10 years, I made some movies just on my own. We were trying to adapt a Faulkner short story called Red Leaves, which involves a swamp in Mississippi and had Native American characters that were living out of a steamboat that had been washed ashore. I remember before film school we were trying to put that together and I thought, "I need all of this. I need the steamboat, I need to go through the swamp," and so we were looking at Louisiana and we’re going to put the actor in the swamps. We ended up budgeting out this short film at a half-million dollars, which is insane, because it’s one thing to try and shell out a Faulkner adaptation as a feature, but for a short film, nobody’s going to buy it. Since film school, I’ve become a little smarter now about how to manage a budget that’s more responsible."
Do you have a preference for how people watch your movies?
"I guess it depends on the movie. I personally watch a lot of movies, and I watch them in all different areas. I watch them on a TV, on my computer and I go to the theater. So I guess if I just think about my own watching habits, I should be just fine with how other people watch my movies. [Laughs] But I do still think the big screen is always the best. It’s the most pure experience. Sitting in a movie theater, the movie has your full attention, and viewing it at home, there’s a tendency not to give it your full attention. There’s something good about the purity of [a movie theater]."

Val Kilmer Claps Back at Michael Douglas
Val Kilmer took to his Facebook page to address Michael Douglas's recent assertion that Kilmer has tongue cancer. Here's what he had to say:
"I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed. The last time I spoke to him was almost two years ago, when I asked him for a referral for a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in my throat, which prevented me from continuing a tour of my play CITIZEN TWAIN. I ended up using a team at UCLA and have no cancer whatsoever. I still have a swollen tongue and am rehabbing steadily. I've made 3 films in the last year, one of which I directed and am presenting as a personal appearance introducing it and then answering questions after. Come see me live and happy and in person in Westwood next week if you think I'm fibbing!! I've done 3 Q and A's so far and am having the best time. The film is called CINEMA TWAIN and is a recording of my play. I'm right proud of the performance and the writing, altho editing Mark Twain is pure joy! What a lover of life and humanity.
Naturally I'm also drawn to him because of his unlikely devotion to Mrs. Eddy, the genius discoverer and founder of my faith, Christian Science.
Some fans have mistakenly thought my silence about my personal issues meant that somehow I wasn't being responsible to my health, because of my reliance on prayer and Love. Nothing could be further from the truth. Altho I am very grateful for all the support from around the world, when people found out I had a physical challenge. I hope this puts to rest any further concerns about my health by publications that have no respect for the truth. Whatever led Michael Douglas to speculate about my health, he's a loving and devoted friend to a privileged group of talent people around the world, and I'm sure he meant no harm.
Being healthy and having the respect of my peers and love from my family, friends, peers and fans is a DAILY source of inspiration, for which I am so grateful, you have no idea. I work VERY hard at my craft, and being appreciated since I was a little boy for being able to give this gift, has literally made my life. Thank you all. And I've only just begun, now that I'm finally telling stories that I've written and produced the way my vision intends them. God bless you all and I hope to see you in Westwood on the 10th and 17th at the Landmark. Yahoo! "Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today..." Mark Twain"

Real Housewife of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Has Finalized Divorce
People reports that Real Housewife of Atlanta, attorney, and mortician Phaedra Parks has finalized her divorce from Apollo Nida, who is currently serving an 8-year prison sentence. The couple have two children together; sons Ayden, 6, and Dylan, 3. Here's what she had to say about moving on: “If I date someone, they have to date all three of us. We’ll be a foursome — me and my two kids and him. It has to be a whole family affair. And at this time, that’s not really my top priority. My priority is making sure they’re okay. I think dating is in the bright near future, but it’s got to be someone who’s definitely a really good guy. I can’t have any crazy at this point in my life.”
The Chicago Cubs Have Won the World Series
Normally we don't talk sports here, but for the first time in 108 years, the Chicago Cubs have won the World Series. The game went 10 innings, with a rain delay between the 9th and 10th. The final score was Chicago Cubs, 8, Cleveland Indians, 7. You may think that you are the person who was the most excited about the Cubs winning, but you would be wrong. The person who was the most excited about the Cubs winning was, of course, Bill Murray. Play ball!

Blind Gossip Blind Item - The Traveler
Is it possible that this famous singer has secretly reconciled with her actor ex? Some odd recent travel arrangements seem to point to that possibility!
Their primary residences are thousands of miles apart. A few weeks ago, she flew into a third city for a work commitment. He arrived in that same city just a few hours later. They both stayed about a week. She left. He left a few hours later.
Coincidence? Maybe. Except that they have done these low key trips twice in the past two months! We didn’t think that they would ever get back together, but these trips are an awfully big coincidence!

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Tax Evader
Dodge, dip, dive, duck, and dodge the IRS!
After Wesley Snipes went down for tax evasion, this A-list actor got in touch with the IRS and admitted he hadn't been paying taxes for several years because he was 'confused' by the entire process.
They worked out a deal and the IRS hit him with a 7/8 number figure, which he paid off without scandal.
He must've been too dumb to hire an accountant, I guess.
So, tell me, Gossipers:
Who is our tax evader?
PS: Not any of the stars of Dodgeball.

Miranda Kerr Talks Modeling and Motherhood
Miranda Kerr is on the cover of December's Elle Canada. Here's what she had to say:
On motherhood:
“The most important thing is that when [son Flynn, 5] has his time with me, we have quality time together, and when he’s with his dad, he has quality time with him. And it works out really well because I book in my photo shoots for the time he’s with his dad, and the rest of the time I just get to be a mom.”
On her idea of a good time:
“Being with my family, reading to Flynn, playing with him. We draw together; we build blocks together. I also love swinging on swings...I’m a homebody. Being at home is the biggest luxury to me. I can’t help it!”
On her divorce from Orlando Bloom:
“When Orlando and I separated [in 2013], I actually fell into a really bad depression. I never understood the depth of that feeling or the reality of that because I was naturally a very happy person...every thought you have affects your reality and only you have control of your mind.”
On finding peace:
“What I have found is that everything you need, all of the answers are deep inside of you. Sit with yourself, take a few breaths and get close to your spirit.”
On essential oils:
“The hairdresser was having a challenging time on-set. My hair was short and the client wanted it long, and [the male model, Tobias Sorensen] had long hair and they wanted it to look short. I saw that the hairdresser was looking flustered, so I gave him an oil that my aromatherapist made for me. It literally feels like a big hug. Immediately he was more centred and calmed down; he just felt so much better.”

Hollywood Street King Blind Item - Two For One Special
“He’s one of the biggest tricks ever!”
The first of today’s two blind items is lookin’ like the latest hot thot sizzlin’ on Hollywood’s bidding block. You know, being that the breezy season is far behind her — and the streets are whispering that she “most likely picked-up” a smash proposal for $25K.
“I’ve seen a lot and she’s a super trick. I heard he offered ____ twenty-five stacks for her to fuck him.”
Which brings us to blind item #2 … He’s a masked mystery man who’d have no problem passing himself off as “the Black version of one of them Duck Dynasty dudes”. That’s because his face hasn’t seen the light of day since 2008 …
“She ain’t trying to be a basketball wife — but you know she didn’t walk away from that paper, right?”
Dig the Drop:
“If she did take the money - he would have asked her to be her regular and we’ll see them taking pics as a couple. If and when you ever see them two together remember it’s a hooker with her client.”
It would seem that Moses, Jr. ain’t the only one that see this NBA baller as a dude who rides dirty. Now, can you guess the point guard and the onetime loyal heaux I’m talkin’ about?

Glamour's Woman of the Year Is...Bono?!
Glamour recently released their annual Women of the Year list, and there was something strange on it - Bono! Here's what the magazine's editor-in-chief, Cindi Leive, had to say about the inclusion:
“We’ve talked for years about whether to honor a man at Women of the Year and we’ve always kind of put the kibosh on it. You know, men get a lot of awards and aren’t exactly hurting in the celebration and honors department. It started to seem that that might be an outdated way of looking at things, and there are so many men who really are doing wonderful things for women these days. Some men get it and Bono is one of those guys.”
As for Bono, he said: “I asked did [wife of 34 years Alice] think I deserved it. She wasn’t sure. She said I’ve work to do! I’m sure I don’t deserve it. But I’m grateful for this award as a chance to say the battle for gender equality can’t be won unless men lead it along with women. We’re largely responsible for the problem, so we have to be involved in the solutions.”

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Blame It On The Old Man
This franchise film didn’t do as well as expected at the box office. While you can attribute the slip to competing films or release timing, its young female star is wondering if there might be a simpler explanation.
"She is really disappointed because she expected the opening [weekend] box office to be much bigger. She likes [her male costar] very much, but she thinks that she might be better off getting matched with a costar closer to her own age in the future. She can’t open a film herself yet, but [Actor] is just too old to appeal to a young audience."

Adele Talks Postpartum Depression
Adele recently sat down for an interview with Vanity Fair, where she talked about motherhood. Here's what she had to say when the interviewer told her that it was brave of her to have a child when her career was so big:
“Actually, I think it’s the bravest thing not to have a child; all my friends and I felt pressurized into having kids, because that’s what adults do. I love my son more than anything, but on a daily basis, if I have a minute or two, I wish I could do whatever the fuck I wanted, whenever I want. Every single day I feel like that.”
On not wanting to have more children, noting that her boyfriend Simon has a daughter from a previous marriage:
“Exactly, so that’s my get-out-of-jail-free card. I’m too scared. I had really bad postpartum depression after I had my son, and it frightened me.”
On whether or not she took antidepressants for postpartum depression:
“No, no, no, no. But also, I didn’t talk to anyone about it. I was very reluctant."
On how she's adjusting to motherhood:
"My boyfriend said I should talk to other women who were pregnant, and I said, ‘Fuck that, I ain’t hanging around with a fuckin’ bunch of mothers.’ Then, without realizing it, I was gravitating towards pregnant women and other women with children, because I found they’re a bit more patient. You’ll be talking to someone, but you’re not really listening, because you’re so fuckin’ tired.
My friends who didn’t have kids would get annoyed with me, whereas I knew I could just sit there and chat absolute mush with my friends who had children, and we wouldn’t judge each other. One day I said to a friend, ‘I fuckin’ hate this,’ and she just burst into tears and said, ‘I fuckin’ hate this, too.’ And it was done. It lifted. My knowledge of postpartum—or post-natal, as we call it in England—is that you don’t want to be with your child; you’re worried you might hurt your child; you’re worried you weren’t doing a good job.
But I was obsessed with my child. I felt very inadequate; I felt like I’d made the worst decision of my life . . . . It can come in many different forms. Eventually I just said, I’m going to give myself an afternoon a week, just to do whatever the fuck I want without my baby. A friend of mine said, ‘Really? Don’t you feel bad?’ I said, I do, but not as bad as I’d feel if I didn’t do it.
Four of my friends felt the same way I did, and everyone was too embarrassed to talk about it; they thought everyone would think they were a bad mom, and it’s not the case. It makes you a better mom if you give yourself a better time. I’m enjoying touring, but at times I feel guilty because I’m doing this massive tour, and even though my son is with me all the time, on certain nights I can’t put him to bed. I never feel guilty when I’m not working. You’re constantly trying to make up for stuff when you’re a mom. I don’t mind, because of the love I feel for him . . . . I don’t care if I don’t ever get to do anything for myself again.”

Ricky Schroder's Budget Divorce
TMZ reports that Ricky Schroder has responded to his wife's divorce petition - with a handwritten letter. Why bother hiring a lawyer when you can write a response up yourself? Schroder indicated that he's totes cool with the couple's youngest daughter, Faith, 15, living with estranged wife Andrea, because that's what she's been doing anyway since June. Schroder also indicated that he wouldn't go after Andrea for spousal support (not that he would get it anyway). What do you know? A divorce do-it-your-selfer!

Anthony Bourdain has written his first cookbook in 12 years, called Appetites. Here's what he had to say to People about the new book:
“When I’m home, I fall back on the food that makes me happy and will make my daughter happy. Who doesn’t like meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, or a good bowl of pasta with a Neapolitan-style ragù? This time around I wanted to make something useful — which is something I really haven’t been for most of my life — something that would reflect my changed situation. I’m a dad now. I’ve been cooking for a little girl for the past seven years. I prepare her school lunches and I cook holiday dinners.”
His new recipes include a stress-free Thanksgiving, and how to cook a perfect omelet.
