Man Charged For Hitting J Lo From The Back

Back in September, Jenny from the Block was chilling at a stoplight in her Rolls Royce with her two kids and Leah Remini when she was rear ended by a drunk driver, Page Six reports. The Las Vegas resident was finally charged with a DUI yesterday; he was nearly twice the legal limit. If convicted, he will face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

    When I got a DUI (many MANY years ago) it only took long enough for them to drive my ass to the police station and give me a breathalyzer. No big mystery there. Those Vegas cops are pretty damn incompetent.

    If he lived in these parts he'd get a slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket and banned from driving for six months. If he was a doctor, and four times over the limit, he'd be let go because a criminal conviction would damage his career. #CrazyYetTrue
