Jeremy Renner Does His Own Stunts
Jeremy Renner recently appeared on the Howard Stern Show. Here's what he had to say:
On doing his own stunts:
“I fell like 20 feet off a stack of chairs [while shooting “Tag”]. I broke both of my arms, I got back up and did the stunt again...I just know my limitations.”
On flipping homes with his longtime business partner:
“We were doing that all the way up until like ‘The Hurt Locker.’ I … had to brush my teeth in a Starbucks because we had no running water, as I got into a limo to go to the Academy Awards. It’s character building, those types of things.”
On learning to play piano:
“If I took piano lessons I would suck. As soon as I had to learn scales and read the music — that’s not how I learn. I had to learn always by ear and by actually doing,”
When Howard asks if there's anything he can't do:
“It’s really simple — I just don’t do shit I’m bad at.”

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - Odd Stories About Infidelity
If you’ve been wondering why all those odd, random stories about this man’s infidelity and dating history are suddenly coming out, wonder no more!
They are being planted by his ex-wife!
"She hates that someone is writing a book about her. She knows that it will detail her very long list of lovers. She knows that it will make her look like a whore because a lot of those relationships happened while she was married and even resulted in a child that wasn’t her husband’s. By releasing multiple stories about her ex-husband’s affairs, she hopes that people will see him as the problem instead of her."
So, she wants us to believe that SHE only cheated because her hopes and dreams of a happy marriage were dashed when HE cheated? Well, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, then she is clearly the victim here! Case closed!
Do you think anyone will buy that?
While is is hard to keep up with all the people she and her famous reality TV children have trashed over the years, we wonder if her kids know that it is Mom who is now throwing dearly departed Dad under the bus… just to save her own reputation?

Miley Cyrus Talks Charmed Life
Miley Cyrus is on the cover of Cosmopolitan's September issue. Here are some highlights from the accompanying interview:
A weird thing that happened during the songwriting process:
"I wrote a song on my record in a dream…I dreamt my sis Noah and I were in my car on the way to the movie, a song came on the radio and it was Noah’s FAVORITE song! She said everyone was loving it…it’s a “smash” then I said “I wish I wrote it”… I woke up… and DID!"
The best part about having Dolly Parton as my godmother:
"Having access to her closet! Ha. Seriously, watching the way she treats people with love and respect. Always a reminder to me and my family of what is important. Never let success change your heart."
One thing I’ve learned about marriage from my parents:
"Nothing and no one stays the same. Grow, evolve, change with each other and celebrate your love’s journey!"
If I were auditioning on The Voice, I’d pick Alicia Keys as my coach because:
"She’s always made me feel super loved and special. I loved spending time in my big red chair next to my sis!"
My favorite look from a red carpet in my career this far:
"2015 VMAs! Versace! My least favorite look: Pretty much 2008-2013. The Grammys were rough and tough for me. Yoikes!"

Demi Lovato Is Not Here For Your Labels
Demi Lovato recently appeared on Elvis Duran's iHeart Radio show Label Defiers, where she had this to say, as reprinted by Page Six:
“I think when people refer to me as being bipolar, it’s something that’s true – I am bipolar – but I don’t like people to use it as a label. It’s something that I have, it’s not who I am.”
On the suicide of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington.
“It’s a very unfortunate situation and I feel terrible for [Bennington’s] friends and family. But I know that maybe this will raise the topic into conversation around mental illness and mental health and help somebody.”
On how she relieves stress:
“I love doing jiu-jitsu. I started training MMA, and a part of MMA is jiu-jitsu, so when I started learning I just fell in love with the sport … Being able to do the moves that you do and flow with people, it’s an art form and it’s really beautiful, and it takes my mind off of things that I stress about, [because] I’m constantly thinking: ‘What do I need to defend? What move can I make now?’ It’s like a game of chess.”

Alicia Vikander Likes a Challenge
Alicia Vikander is on the cover of the September issue of Elle Magazine. Here's are some highlights from the accompanying interview:
On feeling empowered by the action scenes in her upcoming Tomb Raider reboot:
"I love big popcorn movies. I've never done action scenes on this level – not even close. It feels like I'm back to dancing – the training, the intensity. You need to be aware of your movement up in the wires and how your body works. I've never been able to lift my own weight, and the day when you have that capacity, it's pretty empowering!"
The sad truth about finding new, challenging roles:
"[Complex roles such as that in Hotel] are actually hard to find, which is sad. It's still—women are written safe."

He family said that he passed away after "a tremendous life: a giant career in theater, television and film spanning more than 70 years." Real Housewife of New York LuAnn D'Agostino is Getting Divorced
Page Six reports that Real Housewife of New York City LuAnn D'Agostino, 52, has filed for divorce from husband of seven months and serial cheater Tom D'Agostino, 50. In the article, she has already gone back to her previous married name De Lesseps, but I'm pretty sure she can't get that Countess title back (which she gave up to marry Tom). A source says of the split, “He used to live this really nice life in the city. He’s a private person and all of a sudden he was living this crazy celebrity life. He loved the nurse from Connecticut [De Lesseps was once a nurse], not the reality TV star.”
Weird, because Tom hit on Ramona on camera on Season 1 of Real Housewives of New York City when Ramona Singer was still married, then proceeded to have sex with Sonja Morgan for the next few years, and then married LuAnn. For someone who doesn't like reality TV stars, he has a funny way of showing it. Here's hoping LuAnn gets a cash prize out of this divorce!

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - Phony Friendship
There was recently some talk that this teen daughter of two famous actors wanted to befriend a younger girl who was also sired by two famous actors.
The potential meeting was shut down by the Actress Mom of the younger girl. However, it was not for the reason you are hearing about!
While Actress Mom usually is quite cautious about her family’s privacy – and definitely would not want [Teen’s] unsavory lot of reality star friends exploiting any of her kids – that wasn’t what was going on here.
"The [Other Family] were trying to position it as a “Hey, our kids are gender fluid so they could be good role models for your kid. We’d really like to help.”"
But Actress Mom wasn’t buying any of that phony baloney.
"She’s not stupid. She knows what they really want and she’s not going to let her young, vulnerable kids get preyed upon. Her kids will not hang around with, look up to, try to copy, or get recruited by anyone involved with that cult!"

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Surgery Induced Selfie
This A list actor is obsessed with taking selfies to evaluate how he looks, according to a source familiar with him. The obsession has reportedly led to the actor having several plastic surgeries because of his appearance in snapshots, and he rarely leaves the house without approving of how he looks in a selfie.
‘Sometimes you’ll catch him taking pictures of himself,’ the source elucidates. ‘If his facial expression shows disappointment or sadness, then he’ll make a quick excuse to leave.’
So, tell me, Gossipers:

Kristen Stewart Talks Food and Sex Partners
Kristen Stewart is on the September cover of Harper's Bazaar UK. Here are some highlights from her accompanying interview:
On being in love:
"I've been deeply in love with everyone I've dated. Did you think I was faking it? I've always really embraced a duality. And really, truly, believed in it and never felt confused or struggling. I just didn't like getting made fun of."
On dating men again:
"Yeah, totally. Definitely… Some people aren't like that. Some people know that they like grilled cheese and they'll eat it every day for the rest of their lives. I want to try everything. If I have grilled cheese once I'm like, 'That was cool, what's next?'"
On fame:
"Fame is valued quite ridiculously. So then there's this idea that you're beholden in some way, and I resent that. And it comes across like I'm ungrateful or something but, actually, I just find it weird to talk to the general public as a whole. Like, you can relate to a person, you can relate to an individual, but addressing the world at large is something that just perplexes me."
On whether she suffers from 'Resting Bitch Face':
"Completely. I'm really not introverted - I'm just not acting all the time, which is what it would take to look like how people expect famous people to behave...Men cannot say bitch anymore, I'm sorry. Say something different. Say, 'You're rude,' say, 'You're a dick,' whatever. Just to say, 'Oh that bitch.' You can't say that because there's nothing I could say to you, there's no retort that would be equal to that, therefore it's demeaning and literally on par with... something homophobic or something racist."
On life as a woman in the United States, post Trump:
"It's obviously terrible what's happening but at the same time, it feels good to be part of a wider female community that is finally standing up for itself. I've never felt such a strong sense of community. So it's brought us together. The catalyst for this is regrettable, obviously, it's shitty. But at the same time I think that you need something to stir things up in order to get people to come together and define their opinions and force them to be heard."

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - Punch Line Actor
He’s very worried about his reputation. He thinks that people see him as a joke.
"He thinks that he became a bit of a punch line after dating [Singer]. He could still book jobs, but after years of establishing himself as an actor, people were laughing at him. That was quite hurtful to him."
Unfortunately, that negative publicity may have cost him the lead role in an action franchise. And while he has his other franchises, he is certainly lagging behind other actors of his stature when it comes to new projects in the pipeline.
"He needed to do something manly and commanding and serious to turn that around. That’s why he is doing this one-off theater bit. It’s a serious part for a serious actor. In fact, he says that it is THE most serious part for a serious actor! He believes it will reboot what people think of him."
It’s certainly not a low key part he is taking on. It will be interesting to see if actually helps people see him as a serious actor rather than a punch line.

Sofia Vergara's Boobs Get In the Way
Sofia Vergara recently posed nude for Women's Health's first ever naked issue. Here are some highlights from her accompanying interview:
On reactions to her getting naked both in this magazine, and in the upcoming spy thriller Bent:
"[My husband] Joe's like, 'Fuck, you're going to be naked in everything now? Why?'... I told [my rep], 'I'm going to be 45 years old! Stop putting me in naked things! Let me age with dignity!' People say, 'Oh, you look like you're in your twenties.' Well, it's not true. Our skin is different. I had never thought of the word pore, then I'm like, 'Shit! What do I do with these?' ... Here's a woman, 45, being able to show her body. It's not like before, when it was just young girls."
On her look:
"One of the first things Joe told me when we started dating was, 'I like how you're always very well put together.' He said, 'I've had girlfriends that are all day long prancing the house in sweats, no makeup...' I'm not saying that's bad; it's great. For good or worse, it's the way I grew up: Accept yourself but also be better than yourself."
On the creative team sending her potential poses for the naked shoot:
"They're all of tall models holding their boobs with one arm. But I can barely cover my boobs with two arms—I'm a 32-triple-D! My boobs are real, and I had a baby. If I grab them, I can't even cover the nipple!"
On her work ethic:
"I worked like an animal. I wanted to take advantage of my 15 minutes of fame, because you never know ... Often I haven't been the youngest or most intelligent girl in the room, but I always, always am the hardest-working one. Dreams don't happen if you just sit down and accept things."

We keep picturing the quiet moments (after the loud ones, of course) and morning snuggles with our baby!”

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - The Singer And The Angel
Fans of this young male singer love to talk about his love life almost as much as they love to talk about him. So when it was revealed that he may have an angelic new girlfriend, of course they went into gossip frenzy!
This relationship is the real thing, right? Nah.
"Sorry to disappoint, but it is for publicity. It is his first big movie role, and they needed a second wave of publicity after the film came out to get his fans into the theaters or even going back to see the movie again. This has been planned for weeks."
By the way, it’s no secret that this girl knows that she is beautiful.
This is not his first publicity-driven relationship. Remember when they pushed him together with that female pop singer? People were up all night talking about that one!

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Family Fall Out
None of the C list kids in this A list family are speaking to the A list parents.
‘Too much freedom,’ says the source. ‘It’s been exercised in the worst way.’
I don’t think any of us saw the mom and dad winning awards for their parenting, but we didn’t predict that it would get this bad this fast.
So, tell me, Gossipers:
Who is our family?

Billie Lourd Talks Moving On After Loss
Sara Paulson recently interviewed Billie Lourd for Town & Country Magazine. Here are some highlights from their conversation:
Sarah Paulson: I met you in 2002. How old were you in 2002?
Billie Lourd: I was 10. What is that story?
SP: What happened was I met your mother at a dinner party. It was me, David Spade and his wife, the executive of a show I was on, your mother, and just a few other people. We bonded because I had finished an episode of Touched by an Angel with your grandmother a few weeks prior. When we were leaving the party, we drove down Coldwater Canyon, and I was going to drive one way and your mom was going the other way, and she leaned out the window and said, “Do you want to come to a party?” I was like, “What?” And she said, “Do you want to come to Gore Vidal’s makeout party?”
BL: Oh, I remember Gore Vidal’s makeout party!
SP: I said, “Yeah, I guess so.” She said to take down her e-mail. I didn’t have a computer. I didn’t have e-mail at this point. I bought a computer so I could have an e-mail correspondence with your mother.
BL: No way!
SP: So then we started an e-mail correspondence, and she had me come to this party at her house, and I basically didn’t leave. Your mom did that thing that your mom does where she was like—
BL: “Move in with me.”
SP: I did. I stayed. I was never really living there. I would spend the night, but I never had a toothbrush. You were the coolest 10-year-old that ever existed.
...SP: But you hid your curiosity about becoming an actor?
BL: I think in a normal family they would have looked at me and been like, “Hey, this kid’s a performer.” But I was so scared. I was embarrassed, honestly. Because they were like, “This is going to be a really shitty lifestyle, and everyone’s going to be scrutinizing you deeply and constantly.” My mom wrote five books and a one-woman show; they didn’t want more things for people to be able to Google about me.
SP: How did you feel about her sharing those things?
BL: I had a hard time with it in the beginning. I was very protective of my dad and would stop her and be like, “Can you take out that thing where you say, ‘I turned him gay.’ Can we not have that on Broadway?”
SP: Did she listen to you?
BL: She did. Debbie did it to her, so anytime I came up to her and said, “Please tone this down,” she would, because she went through it with Debbie and knew how hard it was. Now, looking back and watching her interviews, I try to model what I do after her. She was so good at it. She would get so annoyed with me if I ever did a fake interview. She’d say, “Tell the real story.”
SP: So what did you do when you decided you wanted to be an actor?
BL: My mom actually pointed me toward it. The first thing I did was Star Wars: The Force Awakens. J.J. Abrams called and said they couldn’t find anybody for this one part and would I come in and read for it. I didn’t get the part, but I got another extra part with three lines. The thing is, I was bizarrely comfortable on set. My mother would pull me aside and be like, “It’s weird that you’re so comfortable here. This is the most uncomfortable environment in the world. If you’re comfortable here, you should do this.”
...SP: Did you get any advice from your family about this business?
BL: Debbie was still encouraging me to put an act together. Literally three days before she died, she was like, “What numbers are you going to put in your act? Who are you going to impersonate?” I said, “I don’t think people do acts as much anymore.” And she came back, “That’s why if you do one you’ll be more successful than anyone else. The act is a dying art, and someone needs to revive it.”
SP: I remember standing in the Red Room off the bar in the house and your mom saying to me, “You’ve got to find the funny, Paulson. If you don’t find the funny, you’re doomed.”
BL: Oh, it’s so important. If life’s not funny, then it’s just true—and that would be unacceptable. Even when she died, that was what got me through that whole thing. When Debbie died the next day, I could just picture her saying, “Well, she’s upstaging me once again, of course—she had to.”
...SP: How has your life changed since your mother and grandmother passed?
BL: I’ve always kind of lived in their shadows, and now is the first time in my life when I get to own my life and stand on my own. I love being my mother’s daughter, and it’s something I always will be, but now I get to be just Billie.
SP: Is it scary?
BL: It is. It’s a lot of pressure, because she had such an incredible legacy, and now I have to uphold that and make it evolve in my own way. And a lot of people have had experiences like mine, too. Tons of people grow up with mentally ill parents who have drug problems. I read this incredible book, Adult Children of Alcoholics—it’s not a great narrative, but it’s a fun psych book.

Blind Gossip Exclusive Blind Item - Drinking Math
When this singer puts on weight, people automatically assume it’s because she has been eating a lot more or exercising a lot less.
Maybe not.
"Actually, her eating and exercise haven’t changed much! It’s really all alcohol weight. She’s been trying not to eat as much, so she drinks instead. No, she doesn’t only drink champagne. I know that’s what people think, but she drinks wine too. She likes her wine on the sweet side (like a riesling). If she drinks mixed drinks, they usually have some sweet mixer (like juice) in them. Believe it or not, she drinks beer too! I’m only guessing, but she probably drinks about 1000 calories a day total."
An extra 1000 calories a day = 7000 calories a week = 2 lbs per week. Yes, that’ll do it!
