Remember Vonda Shepard?

Hey Ally McBeal fans, remember Vonda Shepard? She sand the theme song, and performed at the bar? Well, Shepard is sure hoping that you remember who she is, because she's asking fans to fund her latest album through Kickstarter, People reports. The campgain runs until January 15th, and she has a funding goal of $35,000. Shepard revealed that one of her former Ally McBeal costars has contributed, but she's staying mum on which one it was.     I actually liked her music. I haven't heard anything of hers other than what was on Ally McBeal, but I remember liking it.

    Is she the singer who Enty ran into and said was working as a hostess in a restaurant? She supposedly talked to him after he recognized her. She had been struggling (drugs?).

      Oh yeah, Lisa Nicole Carson ... I remember being quite shocked by that Blind but she did definitely just disappear. That show was responsible for several eating disorders too (Calista's, Portia's, Courtney's ...).

    It says she has 14 studio albums, if she was successful with any of them, why exactly does she need funding?

      I actually bought her first two Ally soundtracks. I stopped at the Christmas one that had RDJ on it. Now I see her CD's in the for sale box at the library for $0.50.

    She'd need funding because her label dropped her. I like her voice but only in small doses.

    UGH I forgot all about that "Searching my soul" song! That was so annoying, as was the entire "Ally McBeal" show and the constant rumours of Calista Flockhart having an eating disorder.
