Tiger Woods Talks Elin Nordegren
Tiger Woods recently sat down for an interview with Time, where he talked about his current relationship with ex-wife Elin Nordegren. The magazine quotes him as follows:
"It's not how I would change 2009 and how it all came about. It would be having a more open, honest relationship with my ex-wife. Having the relationship that I have now with her is fantastic. She’s one of my best friends. We’re able to pick up the phone, and we talk to each other all the time. We both know that the most important things in our lives are our kids. I wish I would have known that back then."
On why their marriage ended:
"When it comes down to it, right down to it, it’s just having a more open, honest relationship with my ex-wife when we were married. Our frustrations would have come out if we had talked about it and been open and honest with each other. Which we are now, and it’s absolutely fantastic...It was too tough, too tough. We try and help each other out on all occasions. And we work through it with the kids, the parenting program. She is one of my best friends now, and it’s all because of my kids. We’ve worked so hard, and I’ve shown her how much I love them. We’ve worked so hard at co-parenting, to make sure that their lives are fantastic."
On what he tells their kids:
"For instance, I’ve told her this, I’ve taken the initiative with the kids, and told them up front, 'Guys, the reason why we’re not in the same house, why we don’t live under the same roof, Mommy and Daddy, is because Daddy made some mistakes.' I just want them to understand before they get to Internet age and they log on to something or have their friends tell them something. I want it to come from me so that when they come of age, I’ll just tell them the real story. But meanwhile, it’s just, 'Hey, Daddy made some mistakes. But it’s okay. We’re all human. We all make mistakes. But look what happened at the end of it. Look at how great you are. You have two loving parents that love you no matter what.' I said, 'You have no idea how lucky you guys are, to have two parents that love you so much. Unfortunately, we’re not in the same house, but the flip side is we love you no matter what you do. And I’m a parent, as the dad, who is always going to try to help you, guide you through life.'"
Ladies of London's Marissa Hermer Is Pregnant
E! reports that Ladies of London star Marissa Hermer and husband Matt Hermer are expecting their third child together. Hermer released the following statement: "Matt and I are so fortunate to already have two children, Max and Jake, and are incredibly excited to announce baby number 3. Without going into too much detail, we've been unlucky a few times and in the early stages of this pregnancy, it looks like it was going in the same direction... but now all clear and looks good! We've been really lucky to have the support of our family and friends and can't wait to meet the newest addition to our family. It's the best Christmas present we could have asked for."
Actor Robert Loggia Has Died
Oscar nominated actor Robert Loggia has passed away at the age of 85. He died at home in Los Angeles, and had been battling Alzheimer's Disease for the past five years. Loggia is survived by his wife of 33 years Audrey O'Brien, and his three children from his first marriage to Marjorie Sloane, Tracey, Kristina, and John. Read his full obituary at the LA Times.

We have some insight as to what’s going on behind the scenes of this failing entertainment company headed up by a music celebrity!
What. A. Fucking. Asshole. [This celebrity] is undoubtedly THE most clueless executive I’ve ever met.
The CEO’s job is to set the strategy, but [the celebrity] kept jumping in to tell him everything that he are doing and thinking is wrong and that he needs to do things his way. Then they quit, of course, because who can do a job if you are constantly being told that you are doing your job wrong? That’s why it’s impossible to work for him. Big ego. No common sense. Thinks he know everything about everything and that he’s always right and you’re always wrong.
They should change the name of the company to Clueless. I’m almost looking forward to the day when this whole thing goes down.

I hung upside down for 45 minutes for [video artist] Robert Wilson and drained all the blood in my body, and I’ve stood in a freezing cold river naked for two hours with magnets on my head for Marina Abramovic. I’m a hard-core chick. I go there. This model is horrified that something negative she said about a client became public.
Yes, it’s true that she said it, but she never thought it would get out there. She knows that she blew it. You’re supposed to keep your mouth shut, finish the gig, get paid. That’s it. You NEVER make the client or their product look bad! If you have a problem, you ask your agent not to book you with them anymore. You don’t go around mouthing off about the client.
How is she going to fix this?

The Detroit Free Press published a fascinating report yesterday. (Thanks Sarah!) I’m quoting:
An anonymously filed lawsuit involving a much-talked-about disease has surfaced in federal court in Detroit, where an unnamed woman is suing an unnamed celebrity from California for allegedly giving her genital herpes while having sex with her multiple times in Royal Oak last summer.
Why the secrecy?
"This complaint is brought anonymously due to the social stigma attached to the damages as well as the celebrity of the defendant," according to the lawsuit, which seeks at least $75,000 in damages.
The lawsuit does not say whether the celebrity is an actor, musician, athlete or politician — only that he is a citizen of California, and that he had a residence of some sort in Royal Oak in July.

The plaintiff, who is a Michigan resident but currently is in New York, claims the unnamed celebrity has permanently scarred her physically, emotionally and psychologically by failing to warn her that he was infected with genital herpes, and "by failing to altogether avoid sexual contact" with her. Her lawsuit also alleges that the defendant "knew or should have known" that he was infected with Herpes Simplex Virus 2.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff had repeated sexual encounters with the defendant in July, primarily at his residence in Royal Oak, and "did not and has not had any sexual relations with anyone other than" him since then.
In addition to sports events, there were a few productions happening this past summer in Detroit. There was a MAJOR production doing reshoots in Detroit. You should know it without me naming it. An epic battle? Sound familiar? Most locals are immediately picking up on that one and not really considering the non-film and tv options.
And two obvious names from that project come to mind. And one more obvious than the other. Because he had a summer full of scandal. So it makes sense why some would think he'd have yet another scandal added to his 2015 scandal list.
Thing is though, the herpes rumours? The OTHER name is the one who's been rumoured to have herpes. He has a new young girlfriend. And when they first hooked up, he apparently disclosed it to her. (It’s a blind within a blind!) Then again, he's not a resident of California.
Or you know what?
It's very, very possible though that it's neither of them. That they have nothing to do with it. That it's not an actor celebrity but an athlete celebrity?

Lana Del Rey is currently renovating her Malibu home, and E! News reports that construction workers discovered an obsessed fan chilling in her garage. The dude fled the scene, but was later apprehended by police. He left behind rambling notes in Lana's garage detailing a spiritual connection that he has to Del Rey. Let's hope a state of the art security system is a part of the upgrade plans for her Malibu abode!

E! News reports that Josh Hartnett and girlfriend Tamsin Egerton have welcomed their first child together. Egerton gave birth in London in November. No further details are available at this time. This is the first child for Egerton, and the first (second?) for Hartnett.

A famous actor from California is about to have a very unpleasant run-in with the justice system. A woman is filing a lawsuit against him for giving her herpes!
The two met when the actor was living in Michigan while filming an upcoming blockbuster. He rented a house in a suburb of Detroit, and the woman claims that they had a series of encounters there that led to her contracting Herpes Simplex Virus 2. She claims that he was the only man with whom she had relations at that time, and that she has not been intimate with anyone else since.
You don’t have to be a superhero to figure out which film we’re talking about.
Needless to say, the actor will not want this lawsuit to be a topic of discussion on the red carpet when the film is released in early 2016.

People reports that Sandra Bullock, 51, has adopted another child. Daughter Laila, 3 1/2, joins son Louis, 5, who she adopted in 2010. Laila had been in foster care in Louisiana. This is not a drill. E! News reports that Coca-Cola has renewed the trademark for Ecto Cooler. Hi-C made the amazing beverage in the 80's as a tie in to the original Ghostbusters franchise. Now that they are rebooting Ghostbusters, it looks like Hi-C is gearing up to make a reboot of its own. Let's just hope they didn't tinker with the original recipe!

Holland Taylor, 72, recently sat down for an interview with WNYC's Death, Sex & Money, where she talked about finding love with a younger woman. She is quoted as follows:
“It’s the most wonderful, extraordinary thing that could have ever possibly happened in my life." People magazine has since confirmed that the younger woman in question is none other than American Horror Story actress Sarah Paulson, 40.
On the notion of coming out:
“I haven’t come out because I am out. I live out.”
On the possibility of marriage:
“Given my generation it would not be something that would automatically occur to me. But as a symbol, as a pledge, as a plight one’s troth, it would be a wonderful thing to do.”
Why Channing Tatum Hates Alex Pettyfer
Remember during the filming of Magic Mike there were all those rumours about Channing Tatum hating costar Alex Pettyfer? Turns out they are true! Pettyfer recently appeared on Brett Easton Ellis's podcast, where he confirmed the rumours himself. People quotes him as follows:
"It's true. Because Channing Tatum does not like me – and for many reasons [and] many being my own fault. [Tatum] was not sold on me being a part of this film because he looked upon me as being a risk...I didn't speak on the movie. I was scared to speak. I actually did my work and I sat in the corner and listened to music because I had been told that anything I do is wrong by my reps. I was very insecure as a human being and that also gave me a bad rep because they said, 'Oh Alex thinks he's fucking better than everyone else because he doesn't speak to anyone,' and that's not true. I was just genuinely nervous and scared to be myself. I was in character."
Pettyfer went on to rent an apartment from a friend of Tatum's, and didn't pay any rent:
"They asked for the four months rent, which in hand I should have paid there and then. What happened was my cousin passed away, his lungs collapsed and he died ... and I was devastated and dealing with family drama and forgot about the situation which was the apartment. And I all the sudden got a very negative email from Channing, rightfully so, saying 'Don't fuck my friends. You owe money. Pay the fucking money. Don't be a clown.' I really took that the wrong way, which I shouldn't have, and emailed him back and said 'Listen I'm in a really negative situation, negative head-space could you respect me for a moment and blah blah blah.' And then I just got hounded through this time of grieving for money, and by the end of it I just basically said 'Fuck them. What is money when life is so much more. I'm not dealing with this and I'm not paying. And I should have just paid."

Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Yolanda Foster and husband David Foster are splitting after four years of marriage. The couple released the following statement to People: "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla have welcomed their first child together. Mark posted the following message on his Facebook Page:
"Priscilla and I are so happy to welcome our daughter Max into this world!
Thank you to everyone in this community for all your love and support during the pregnancy. You've given us hope that together we can build this world for Max and all children."
And as for donating their Facebook stock, that's not just an empty promise; TMZ reports that the couple have informed the SEC of their intent.

Courteney Cox Is Back On The Market
Page Six reports that Courteney Cox, 51, and fiance Johnny McDaid, 39, have called off their engagement. The couple had been together for two years. McDaid reportedly moved out just before Thanksgiving and went home to England. A source tells Page Six, “He’s actually the one who instigated the breakup. Johnny feels she’s a little too close for comfort with her male co-stars. He doesn’t like the fact that she’s close to them, that she stays in touch with them [because] she has this past of falling in love with people she works with. He feels very uncomfortable...She has an aversion to [McDaid smoking cigarettes]. She feels like it’s a bad image, she doesn’t like the smell of it. They constantly fight about it. He started vaping, she doesn’t even want him vaping.”
