Justin Bieber Falling Will Never Get Old
Next up on the daily stage collapses, we have Justin Bieber. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. TMZ reports that Bieber was performing in Canada, when he fell though a trap door on the stage. Hey, he learned a new magic trick. Mindfreak! Since it's Justin Bieber, of course he's fine.
Meat Loaf Collapsed On Stage
It was a big couple of days for stars collapsing on stage. First up, we have Meat Loaf. TMZ reports that the rocker collapsed on stage in Canada during an encore performance of "I'd Do Anything For Love," which is understandable, because that song is at least a half an hour long. The collapse was reportedly due to dehydration. The singer was taken to the hospital to undergo tests, and he remained there as of Friday.

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Romantic Relief
This under-30 actor is trying very hard to deal with a problem he is having with his anatomy.
Even though romantic scenes are choreographed and filmed in a very technical way with lots of people around, he sometimes needs to call a time out.
"[He] would get very “excited” whenever he was in close proximity to [a pretty actress].
On one occasion, he asked for a 10-1, and then sprinted off to a nearby bathroom, where we could hear him giving himself some handheld relief. The crew got a good chuckle out of it!"
BG Note: 10-1 = set lingo for a bathroom break.

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Suspicious Week
There is a bizarre but persistent rumour about this B-list TV actress, who is relatively young, once having a stroke. While we can’t confirm or deny, we are told there was a very suspicious week she spent in a hospital, which her agents refuse to account for.
Who is she?

Kardashian Korner
Kim Kardashian is on the cover of this month's GQ Magazine (that link is NSFW, because it wouldn't be Kim if she didn't have her tits out). One thing you can say about Kim is that she's a ride or die kind of bitch. Just listen to her back up her man:
About Taylor Swift Getting Offended by Kanye's Lyrics:
"She totally approved that. She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't. I swear, my husband gets so much shit for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved. What rapper would call a girl that he was rapping a line about to get approval? [Taylor] totally gave the okay. Rick Rubin was there. So many respected people in the music business heard that [conversation] and knew. I mean, he's called me a bitch in his songs. That's just, like, what they say. I never once think, [gasping] ‘What a derogatory word! How dare he?’ Not in a million years. I don't know why she just, you know, flipped all of a sudden.… It was funny because [on the call with Kanye, Taylor] said, ‘When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to think that I'm so against this, and I'll just laugh and say, ‘The joke's on you, guys. I was in on it the whole time.’ And I'm like, wait, but [in] your Grammy speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again.”
On whether or not Taylor and Kanye have been in touch since:
“No. Maybe an attorney's letter she sent saying, ‘Don't ever let that footage come out of me saying that. Destroy it.’...And then [Taylor's team] sent an attorney's letter like, ‘Don't you dare do anything with that footage,’ and asking us to destroy it. When you shoot something, you don't stop every two seconds and be like, ‘Oh wait, we're shooting this for my documentary.’ You just film everything, and whatever makes the edit, then you see, then you send out releases. It's like what we do for our show.”
GQ contacted Taylor Swift for a response, here's the statement that her team provided, after declining to directly answer questions about the attorney's letter:
“Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West. However, that does not change the fact that much of what Kim is saying is incorrect. Kanye West and Taylor only spoke once on the phone while she was on vacation with her family in January of 2016 and they have never spoken since. Taylor has never denied that conversation took place. It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term ‘that bitch’ in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard. Kanye West never played the song for Taylor Swift. Taylor heard it for the first time when everyone else did and was humiliated. Kim Kardashian's claim that Taylor and her team were aware of being recorded is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone.”

Lauren Conrad Talks Party Planning
Lauren Conrad, 30, recently sat down for an interview with Redbook, where she opened up about compromising with husband William Tell, 36. The magazine quotes her as follows:
"I always try to make sure that the party I'm putting together isn't perfect. Anything that looks too put-together is too fussy for me. If it feels fussy, then people might not be comfortable. A successful party is about comfort and making people feel welcome. Now that I'm throwing parties with my husband, William, I have to keep in mind that he prefers—how do I say this—easier themes than what I've done in the past. He doesn't like to feel that he's asking friends to go out of their way. So now we do a birthday hoedown because everyone owns a pair of cutoffs and a plaid shirt. I'm learning how to compromise."
On collectables:
"I have a collection of teacups I display in my dining room. My husband doesn't get why I love them so much. To be fair, I don't share his passion for guitars. I mean, I guess I can understand why he might not see the beauty in a gorgeous, hand-painted teacup. [Laughs] We each have our own things, and that's healthy."
Amy Schumer Is In Vogue
Amy Schumer is on the cover of this month's Vogue. Here's a sampling of what she had to say in her interview:
On her work ethic:
“I wouldn’t know what motivates Tina Fey and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. This insatiable drive. I have it too. Sometimes I feel like they’re hustling, they want something, and they’re not going to stop until they get it, and they play the game. I am very into making up my own rules. Like, I don’t want to play the game and succeed at it. I want to redefine it. That’s the only way I can deal with it. Maybe that’s naive.”
On hiring Inside Amy Schumer writers that had little prior television experience:
“I think that partly explains our success, because they aren’t seasoned old vets who have seen every joke in the world. It was new to all of us.”
On why she prefers New York over Los Angeles:
“Living in New York, I don’t have to deal with that whole industry part of it. There’s no networking. I don’t pretend to be nice. An agent called me the other day, probably to poach me, and he was like, ‘Hi!’ And I was like, ‘Why are you calling me?’ He made up some bullshit. ‘I was just looking for an excuse to call you!’ And I was like, ‘Well, it sounds like you didn’t find one.’ ”
On fashion:
“I don’t think it’s stupid; there’s no moral reasoning. It’s just not my thing. I just have this sense of entitlement that I should be able to feel comfortable at all times, like I could go to bed at any moment in what I’m wearing. I think that there’s a misconception in fashion that everybody wants in. I am very happy to remain out.”
On sex:
“I was always boy crazy, but I wasn’t promiscuous. They were acting out sexually years before me. I loved being around that, but I didn’t have sex until I was seventeen. And I didn’t give a blow job until I was well into college. I’m sure I had some sort of dick in my mouth, but I wasn’t performing sex acts until later.”

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Action Star Dating
We told you about a very famous actor who has a distinct dating pattern with women. Here’s another one.
This handsome actor only dates actresses. Unlike the first actor we mentioned, though, our actor’s relationships tend to be low key. During an entire relationship, the paps will be notified to get one or two “romantic” shots, but the rest are just uninteresting daily life stuff and red carpet photos. Not a lot of drama or gossip, either, about each relationship’s start or end. Like we said, low key. Each relationship lasts for approximately 1 1/2-2 years. Then it’s on to the next. He’s done this four times in a row.
So the natural question is: Why?
Well, a few years ago, he made the transition from TV to action films. Yes, he does other projects as well, but, for male actors, action film star is the big money play. And if you are an unmarried action star, you need to date beautiful – and preferably famous – women. Yes, the women are in on it. After all, male actors aren’t the only ones who need a little help to maintain a certain image!

The Hollywood Reporter's Comedic Actress Roundtable
The Hollywood Reporter recently gathered Ilana Glazer, Gina Rodriguez, Rachel Bloom, Allison Janney, Niecy Nash, and Lily Tomlin for a comedic actress roundtable interview. Here are some of the highlights:
What's the most bizarre or unintentionally funny feedback you've read or heard about yourself?
ALLISON JANNEY "I went to a bar one night — this is back in the beginning days of The West Wing — and a bartender said, "I don't mean to insult you, but you look just like Allison Janney." And I said, "Now tell me why would that be an insult, I'm curious." He said, "Well, you're just a lot prettier than she is." And I said, "Well, I am her, and my drinks will be free for the rest of the evening." (Laughter.)"
NIECY NASH "When I was doing Reno 911!, we got to create the characters we played. They said, "What would you like?" And I said, "Baby hair and a big booty." People who were fond of "a lot down in the dirty South," as we call it, would come up and go, "Heyyy," and then they'd look for it, but I was wearing a prosthetic bottom on the show. So some people were disappointed, some thought I lost weight and some were like, "Hey, what's going on, you look so much smaller in real life — TV makes you look huge!""
GINA RODRIGUEZ "And now everybody's injecting cement into their booties …"
NASH "I was early! (Laughs.)"
RODRIGUEZ "When I was 16, I had a big booty, and then I grew up, and now everybody is trying to get booties like the Kardashians, and I'm like, "Wait, I had it all along." But hey, I'm glad it's trendy now. (Laughter.) Because I play a virgin on TV, what I get is people desiring to tell me their specific sexual orientation or if they're currently having sex or if they are themselves a virgin."
ILANA GLAZER "People go to touch me a lot. They think I want to have sex with them, I guess, because my character is horny. I'm like, "Whaaaat?" (Laughter.)"
How do you generally respond to fans?
NASH "I fall into the category of being an approachable celebrity; people feel like they know me. I was at a restaurant recently where there was another celebrity, not so approachable, and people were like, "Oh my God, she ate a fry, she ate a fry!" They were in a panic, clutching their pearls, looking from afar. Meanwhile, my table was Grand Central Station. "Hey, Niecy, girl, say hi to my son!" (Laughter.)"
RACHEL BLOOM "I have boundary issues in that I have none. So sometimes when people recognize me from the show, I geek out over them geeking out about me to the point where they have to walk away."
What's the most overtly sexist thing that's happened to you in this business?
BLOOM "It's the type of roles you're auditioning for, and you see the difference between the way female characters and male characters are written. I think it takes a woman to write a woman well, and I know that's a gross generalization."
GLAZER "Because Abbi [Jacobson] and I are women and we're young, there's some subtle sexism. Especially [from] crew guys. Recently, this guy was calling us "ladybugs" and "love bugs." We're like, "We have a show — you are helping run the promo for the show that we created!""
TOMLIN "I was a big hit on Laugh-In. Everywhere you go, people are putting napkins on their heads and blowing raspberries. So naturally, my next step was to get TV specials. My first special got a huge rating, but the network didn't like the show. They just thought I was oddball. And I said, "Well, I'll do another show, but I don't want a partner." They said, "Well, you've got to have somebody who we can talk to." That's how bad it was. I talked with every top producer in the variety business, from Norman Lear to Grant Tinker, and I finally decided Grant Tinker would be the most open. And I was going along, doing the show and preparing sketches, and I was going to sit and watch something I wasn't in and comment on it and Grant said to me, bless his heart (patting the THR moderator's hand), "You go on home, we'll take care of things.""
GLAZER "The pat! So bad."
BLOOM "It's like when someone gives you pity eyes. Just that air of, "Oh honey, you're so cute." Ahh."

Prince William Talks LGBT Rights
Prince William made history as the first Royal to appear on the cover of a gay magazine, the UK's Attitude. In addition to appearing on the cover, he invited the magazine to bring members of the LGBT community to Kensington Palace so that he could hear firsthand their experiences with bullying, and discuss the mental heath implications. After the discussion, Prince William made the following statement:
“No one should be bullied for their sexuality or any other reason and no one should have to put up with the kind of hate that these young people have endured in their lives. The young gay, lesbian and transgender individuals I met through Attitude are truly brave to speak out and to give hope to people who are going through terrible bullying right now. Their sense of strength and optimism should give us all encouragement to stand up to bullying wherever we see it. What I would say to any young person reading this who’s being bullied for their sexuality: don’t put up with it – speak to a trusted adult, a friend, a teacher, Childline, Diana Award or some other service and get the help you need. You should be proud of the person you are and you have nothing to be ashamed of.”

Catching Up with Blake Lively
Blake Lively is on the cover of this month's Marie Claire Magazine. Here's what she had to say:
On why she wanted to marry Ryan Reynolds:
"I knew he would always be my best friend for my whole life. That was the biggest thing to me. I'd never known anything like the friendship that I had with him. I could like him as much as I loved him."
On the paparazzi and her daughter:
"I'd rather not have to deal with it at all, but we knew the lifestyle we were getting into, and while it's hard…it's another thing when it's our child. She didn't have the opportunity to make a decision about what she wants."
On not wanting to be involved in the entertainment industry like her family:
"I didn't want to be an actor, because they were all doing it. When you're the youngest of five kids, you think, Who am I? If this is who they are, and they're shaping who I am so much, then who would I be? You strive for your own identity."
On raising her children:
"Ryan had a nice, normal upbringing, and we want our kids to have the same normal life that we had. We don't ever want to rob them of what we had, because we'd feel really selfish."

Mara Wilson Comes Out as Bisexual
Mrs. Doubtfire and Matilda actress Mara Wilson recently addressed her sexuality in a slew of Twitter posts. People reprints her remarks as follows:
"Me at a gay club when I was eighteen. I feel embarrassed looking at it now…Being a 'straight girl' where I clearly didn't belong, but I will say, I felt so welcomed there. I have never had a better experience at a club than I did then. Great music and people. And one of my friends met his partner that night. I haven't been to one since college, except once when a friend brought me along. I didn't feel like I belonged there. But the LGBTQ community has always felt like home, especially a few years later when I, uh, learned something about myself. So thank you."
She later went on to state openly that she is Bi, and ranked her self a 2 on the Kinsey scale: "I know a lot of people don't like the Kinsey scale, and that is fine by me. But I'm pragmatic at heart and find comfort in numbers." (2 on the Kinsey scale is "Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual").

Patricia Clarkson Has No Time For Kit Harington
Patricia Clarkson recently sat down for an interview with The Guardian, where she had this to say about Kit Harington's recent remarks about how sexist the film industry is towards men:
“He’s a sex symbol. Get over it. You have an amazing career and you’re on a hot show. Take your shirt off.”
On the backlash against female-fronted projects:
“There are still so many movies made starring 50 men and one woman! A white male actor should never be allowed to complain about anything. Shut up and sit in the corner. I mean, seriously! The odds of us having films made which star women … Everyone still references one movie: Bridesmaids! Ghostbusters is a great thing and I love these actresses. I can’t wait to see it...Men make bad movies that bomb all the time but they’re like, ‘Oh, well, we didn’t do the marketing right.’ Eat me!”
Sophie Tweed-Simmons Talks Curves
Sophie Tweed-Simmons, daughter of Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed, recently sat down for an interview with People, where she talked about launching her modeling career. Here's what she had to say:
"When I was 14 and just trying modeling, they would flat out tell you, 'You're not small enough.' Or [agencies] will take you as a model, but then they won't send you out on any castings without telling you why...I just love that Adore Me is hiring [curvy models] because it's setting an example for the next generation of girls. I didn't have that, so I'm happy to be a part of it."
On body confidence:
"When girls hit the age of 12 or 13, for some reason we all start hating ourselves, and it took me a long time to get over that, especially being a curvier woman and having a mom that's a model. I just didn't have the same body type as her, and I really didn't have a body role model growing up. Her body wasn't something I could relate to. She sat me down at a very young age and said, 'You got your body shape from your dad's side of the family, and that's not the shape that I am, but that doesn't mean that your body is any less beautiful than mine.' I think that's a conversation that parents don't seem to have with their kids, and I'm thankful that she did with me, because we really do compare ourselves to our parents."
Hopper Penn Talks Having Sean Penn As a Father
Hopper Penn, 22, recently sat down with Interview Magazine for their Ones to Watch issue. Here's what he had to say:
Where does your name, Hopper, come from?
"It has to do with Dennis Hopper; my dad was friendly with him and idolized him. My dad wanted to name me Steak, the food, because he loves it so much. But my mom was never going to go for it. What they told me is that I hopped in her stomach, I didn't kick, so they went with that."
When did you start acting?
"Two and a half years ago, my dad was working on his movie called The Last Face, and I asked if I could PA for it. He said, "No, you're going to act in it." I said no, because I'm very shy; I didn't know how to act. He said, "Well, you'll get paid." So I was like, "I'm onboard." After the first day, I fell in love with it."
Do you worry about measuring up to your parents?
"My dad is a really good actor, and there are a lot of shitty actors, and I definitely think I'm one of them."
What kind of work do you ultimately want to make?
"Stage would be my dream. Not Broadway; I don't want to sing. I'd like to do comedies. I don't know how to get to where I am as weird as I actually am in front of the camera."

TMZ reports that while Kevin Hart was in Miami over the weekend, his Tarzana home was broken into, and burglars made off with $500K worth of jewelry, watches, and clothes. The backdoor of his home was pried open. Hart lives in a gated community in Tarzana, where you have to pass through not just one but two gates to access his property. From the location, it sounds like this is the same gated community where Khloe Kardashian was living when someone stole Lamar's jewelry from their home safe. So much for gated communities providing extra security!
