Blind Gossip Blind Item - Why This Actress Really Dropped Out

This actress recently did some publicity shots for a new project… and then quietly dropped out. The producers did not announce her departure. They simply removed her name from all the call sheets and credits. If asked, they will simply call it a “leave of absence” for “medical reasons.”
So what’s really going on? The actress herself is physically fine. She is just quietly taking some time off to help her troubled son, who is suffering from a health crisis. She hopes to go back to work once she feels that his situation has stabilized.

No Joke - Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig Made A Lifetime Movie

Yep, that's right. The Hollywood Reporter announces that the SNL alums have teamed up for a Lifetime movie titled A Deadly Adoption. The "dramatic thriller" will debut this summer, and is about a couple who house and care for a pregnant woman (played by Jessica Lowndes) in hopes of adopting her unborn child. Apparently Will Ferrell is a huge fan of Lifetime movies, and has always wanted to make one. Let's hope this one will be another classic the likes of Mother, May I Sleep With Danger?

*****Update:
Entertainment Weekly announces that the project has been scrapped. Will Ferrell released the following statement to Entertainment Weekly:

"We are deeply disappointed that our planned top secret project was made public. Kristen and I have decided it is in the best interest for everyone to forego the project entirely, and we thank Lifetime and all the people who were ready to help us make this film."

Jeremy Renner Divorce Settlement

At the opposite end of the spectrum from conscious uncoupling, Jeremy Renner has finally hammered out a custody agreement with estranged wife Sonny Pacheco. The pair will share 50/50 custody of their daughter, and Renner will pay Pacheco $13,000 a month in child support, reports Page Six. So, pretty much what he was offering before Pacheco went on her smear campaign. Again, never marry the surrogate.

A Celebration Of Conscious Uncoupling

Nothing else in Gwyneth Paltrow's "Conscious Uncoupling" from Chris Martin has been normal, so why would this be? Paltrow and Martin recently celebrated the one year anniversary of their conscious uncoupling with a family trip to Mexico, reports TMZ. They are working with a mediator on the divorce settlement, which has remained an amicable process with zero leaks to the press. I can't wait to read all about it on Goop!

DVD Recommendation For Fans of The Jinx

Those of you who watched The Jinx probably know that the 2010 movie "All Good Things" was based on the life of Robert Durst, and led to the making of The Jinx. What you may not know is that Robert Durst provided commentary on the DVD of All Good Things. Vulture picked out the creepiest quotes; here is Durst talking about murder victim Morris Black:

"I remember it very, very clearly, and I remember the nightmare I went through over the next several days trying to decide what to do, deciding I could not go to the police, the police aren't going to believe this, nobody's going to believe that I came down here to Galveston a rich guy, rented a $300-a-month apartment disguised as a woman, and oh, by the way, my neighbor is lying in my kitchen with a shot in the face from my gun..."

Hitting A Parked Car Done Right, With Jenna Dewan-Tatum

Those LA parking lots are hell to back out of! Jenna Dewan-Tatum also recently hit a parked car in Los Angeles, reports TMZ. However, unlike Garry Shandling, Dewan-Tatum left a note on the car with her phone number the way that you are supposed to when you hit a parked car.

Hitting A Parked Car Done Wrong, With Garry Shandling

Garry Shandling hit a parked car in Pacific Palisades, backing his Porsche into a Prius a few weeks ago, reports TMZ. Witnesses said that Shandling took a photo of the Prius, then left the scene of the crash. The Prius driver has since filed a police report. This would be a hit and run, but Shandling's sources state that he took the picture of the Prius at the scene in order to forward it to his insurance company and have them follow up. It remains to be seen whether or not that will transpire.

Big Ang Has A Throat Tumor

Mob Wives star Big Ang has discovered a lemon-sized tumor in her throat, reports TMZ. Ang went to the doctor complaining of neck pain when the tumor was found. The tumor is being removed; it is not known yet whether or not it is cancerous.

Hi my babies! I am finally able to take a moment to speak to you all. First off, my apologies that you had to find out about my condition from every other outlet but me. This was never my intent, but unfortunately it got out there. Secondly, I want to clarify the rumors that I am hospitalized. I went in for a test due to the nodule in my throat. I had a nerve wracking couple of days, as would anyone when you hear testing etc... However, I am home peaceful and relaxing. As you can see, I just now took this photo to show you how I look at this very moment. This coming week I will be taking proper precautions and having it removed. I do want to say that you have all been on my mind every step of the way and I am so thankful to each and every one of you for the love, support, prayers and most of all positive wishes. Big Ang isn't going anywhere! This is a minor setback, but I promise you this... I already have some BIG things in the works and will be returning to your TVs very soon. I thank God that I have great support all around me. Always look after yourselves and don't neglect your health. I'm fortunate and blessed to have discovered something very early, and handle it in a positive manner. I thank you and I love you all from the bottom of my heart. Blind Gossip Blind Item - Nothing Funny About Her Stress

This comedic female actor has had a successful career, starring and appearing in more than 50 films and television shows. However, while she has career success, it has been very difficult for her to manage her personal stress level.
A few years ago, she was doing an appearance at a comedy club. Her set did not go well, and she left the stage early. While storming back to her dressing room, she was so distraught that she ripped off her wig… revealing to several shocked onlookers that her real hair was short, thin, brittle hair and had multiple bald patches!
It turns out that she was so stressed out that she was consuming only vitamins and a few bites of food from one meal a day. She was so malnourished that she had lost much of her own hair and was forced to wear wigs just to look “normal”.
Thankfully, she is better now. She has ditched the wig… but still has to wear tons of hair extensions on an everyday basis!

Paris Hilton Talks Life As A DJ

Paris Hilton just scored a DJ Residency in Las Vegas. The Hollywood Reporter caught up with her for an interview, and she had this to say about her life as a DJ:

"There are so many rumours out there. People who think I don't play live. There are so many haters that make up so many stories. But anybody who comes and sees a show and watches behind the booth will see I know exactly what I'm doing. I've been training so hard for the past five years. I think I've really improved myself. Because I'm Paris Hilton, people assume, 'Oh, she's just this rich girl.' They don't understand that I've actually been going to raves since I was 15 years old. I love music. I love entertaining people. I love partying. I love having a good time and having people around me have a great time. So I feel like DJing is kind of perfect for what I do. During the day, I'm a businesswoman. I travel around the world. I work with different products and brand. Then at night, I get to DJ for all my fans and have an incredible time. And that's what it's about. DJing is about entertaining, having fun with the crowd, and making people have the time of their lives."

Guiliana Rancic Opens Up To People

Giuliana Rancic revealed two bombshells to People this week, as she is out shilling for her new book release:

1) Her surrogate just miscarried Giuliana and Bill's last embryo. The couple is now looking into adoption to expand their family.

2) She thinks she's too skinny. Rancic blames her inability to gain weight on the cancer drugs that she still takes.

Giuliana's memoir, Going Off Script, comes out on April 7th.

The Reason Behind Bradley Cooper's Split From Suki Waterhouse

If someone is speaking to the press about this you know it's going to be good, right? Well, a "source" close to Cooper told Page Six that the reason behind the couple's split is that Suki Waterhouse spent Valentine's Day away from Bradley Cooper. Who knew he was such a romantic?

Karl Lagerfeld Thinks New York Is Boring

Karl Lagerfeld recently sat down for an interview with New York Magazine. The magazine talked to him about a variety of subjects, and they quote him as follows:

On what he likes to do when he visits New York City:
"Nothing. I see nothing, I do nothing, I do everything from my room in the Mercer, working at my desk on things with Choupette keeping me company -- I don't force her, by the way. She comes naturally."

On his disdain for travel:
"I imagine the world from my window. I'm happy wherever I am. I'm very happy to be in the Mercer right now because I bring myself with me wherever I go, thank God. Traveling, I think it's a nightmare today. The airports and things the people in the street with the selfies...I like to stay at home and read."

On his taste in reading materials:
"I will not talk about that. I like to read biographies, history, philosophical things like this. But it's for my private use, and not for making people say, 'Oh, how clever this stupid man is.' I don't make intelligent conversation. I'm very superficial. I'm just a fashion designer. Fashion designers look at fashion magazines, right?"

On the love of his life, his cat Choupette:
"She had something unique. She is like a human being, but the good thing is that she's silent. You don't have to discuss it. She hates other animals and she hates children. She stays always with me and she has two personal maids. They play with her, they have to take care of her beautiful white hair, the beauty treatments for her eyes, and they entertain her. She is the center of the world. If you saw her, you would understand. She is kind of Greta Garbo. There is something unforgettable about her, the way she moves, the way she plays. She's an inspiration for elegance. For attitude."

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Their Kid Is Out Of Control

This very famous film actor and actress couple is dealing with their out-of-control kid. Again.
This should not come as a big shock. They knew he was using for more than five years, but they just kept bankrolling him through college and his career… and his drug habit.
Why didn’t they just yank him out of college and cut off his big allowance? They were in denial. They wanted to keep the whole mess private. They kept hoping that he would eventually grow up and take some responsibility. It never happened, and now he is simply a full-blown addict with limited career prospects.
The parents paid for rehab, but his sobriety didn’t last long. He’s using again. He’s got a big mouth and a nasty temper, too. The parents are trying to get him to return to rehab, but he is of legal age and is fighting them on that. They are very intent on saving him, but may need some help. If they are unable to convince him themselves to go back to rehab, they are planning to stage an intervention this weekend. Good luck to them.

Tamara Tattles Blind Item - #FixItJesus

If I was THE LORD I would have never stopped the whole smiting thing. I think that would probably be the best part about being THE LORD.  When people do really bad shit, you could just SMITE them, preferably with a bolt of lightning.
I would think saying things like “My number one priority is my boys, and their safety and comfort during this difficult time.”  When it is complete and utter bullshit would be a SMITABLE offense. Especially when you are on a cross country tour telling other people how you and Jesus think kids should be raised. Meanwhile, it seems apparent that your landscaper quit and your neighbors are pissed about your overgrown yard and everpresent trashcans.
While other moms in the hood are awaiting to hear where their kid was accepted to school next fall your kids are God knows where while you are out preaching to abject morons. #FixItJesus

Zoe Kravitz Opens Up About Eating Disorder

Zoe Kravitz recently sat down for an interview with Complex Magazine. In the interview, she opened up about her struggle with an eating disorder. The magazine quotes her as follows:

"I had a really hard times when I was 16, 17, 18. I started with the eating disorder in high school."

The disorder resurfaced while Kravitz was filming a movie:
"You could see my rib cage. I was just trying to lose more weight for the film but I couldn't see: You're there. Stop. It was scary."

On finally conquering it:
"I just felt it was different. I don't know...if a fucking spirit came over me and said: 'You have to stop.' It made me not only confront my demons, but also realize and accept an insecurity that's still there, and [that it's] easy to fall back into that pattern. I feel like something has left my body, like some part of me is gone now, something that was making me so insecure. And it feels amazing."

Jonathan Bricklin Talks Susan Sarandon

Jonathan Bricklin recently sat down for an interview with Page Six where he talked about his upcoming reality show Connected, and his relationship with Susan Sarandon. The publication quotes him as follows:

"We’re taking some time apart to really refresh. But she’s someone I love more than anyone I’ve ever been with and that won’t change. We’re going to figure out how life proceeds from here. We had a six-year relationship that’s gone through ups and downs. The show did not break us up categorically. We weren’t broken up [during filming] because we were still seeing each other. Since the piece has come out, we are no longer seeing each other. This show brought out a lot of stuff in me. This process was like psychotherapy with video. It added challenges to a relationship. And because she’s so public, there were lots of challenges having a relationship with her to begin with. I have a lot of self-confidence. I loved her dating me, and I never felt embarrassed for her dating me. What I felt was, the general public and maybe her family or friends maybe felt that I wasn’t good enough for her.”

Olivia Wilde Talks Body After Baby

Olivia Wilde recently wrote a personal essay for Shape Magazine. The publication quotes her as follows:

"I am not in perfect shape. In fact, I'm softer than I've ever been, including that unfortunate semester in high school when I simultaneously discovered Krispy Kreme and pot. The photos of me in this magazine have been generously constructed to show my best angles and i assure you, good lightly has been warmly embraced. The trust is, I'm a mother, and I look like one.

After giving birth, I joined the ranks of millions of new mothers when I moaned, 'Why do I still look pregnant? Is there another one stuck in there?' For a couple of weeks after you pop that sucker out, you are the walking wounded. First of all, you haven't seen your vagina in months, even though it's all her fault you're in this situation. Now that you can confirm that she is, in fact still there, she isn't the gal you remember, and would rather you back off and give her some space (and an ice diaper) for the time being, thank you very much."

Robin Williams' Genius Trust

Robin Williams' family members returned to court on Monday to hash out the dispute between Williams' widow Susan and his children. As a result, Williams' will was filed with the court as an exhibit. Williams had the foresight to add two very important and unique clauses to his will:

1) The trust restricts the exploitation of Robin Williams' publicity rights for 25 years after his death. No unauthorized uses of his image can be used until 2039. This means that there will be no hologram version of Robin Williams doing a stand-up tour, and no one can posthumously digitally add his image into a movie.

2) According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Williams bequeathed rights to his name, signature, photograph and likeness to the Windfall Foundation, a charitable organization set up by Williams' legal reps." In the event that the Windfall foundation is not eligible for receiving a charitable deduction according to the IRS, the trust dictates that Williams' publicity rights be distributed to a list of charities contained within the trust. This move was most likely made in response to what has happened to Michael Jackson's estate: The IRS claims that his estate owes $500 million in taxes from Jackson's publicity rights. The language of Williams' trust removes this tax burden from his estate.

New Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Book Being Released

Stieg Larsson wrote The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo trilogy, but sadly passed away in 2004 before the books were published. The trilogy was such a huge success for their publisher Knopf, that the company hired a writer to continue the series. David Lagercrantz has written The Girl in the Spider's Web. The plot is being kept a secret, but the book will continue with Lisbeth Salander as the protagonist. Larsson's romantic partner of 32 years is not happy about this development. The Hollywood Reporter quotes her as follows:

"The worst thing is how saddened Stieg would have been. He never let anyone work on his literary texts. He would have been furious. Who knows, maybe he'll send a lightning bolt at the book launch."

The Girl in the Spider's Web will be released on September 1st.

Michael Jackson Used to Prank Call Russell Crowe

Russell Crowe recently sat down for an interview with The Guardian, where he talked about how Michael Jackson used to prank call him. The publication quotes Crowe as follows:

"For two of three fucking years, I never met him, shook his hand, but he found out the name I stayed in hotels under, so it didn't matter where I was, he'd ring up, do this kind of thing, like you did when you were 10, you know. 'Is Mr. Wall there? Is Mrs. Wall there? Are there any Walls there? Then what's holding the roof up? Ha ha.' You're supposed to grow out of doing that, right? He'd ring me in a strong voice and say, 'There is an emergency and you need to leave the building.' I'd ask, 'Who is this?' And he'd say, 'Do not worry, Russell, just kidding, this is Michael.'"

Well, that explains the phone throwing.

Blind Gossip Blind Item - This Family May Get Their Story Line

In public, this family declares how much they love and support this young male relative. In private, though, they feed stories to large media sources about how horrible and lazy and embarrassing he is to the family.
He knows that they are doing this, and occasionally lashes out at them when it becomes too much. This only causes them to become even nastier to him. It’s a vicious cycle.
He is very depressed and genuinely believes that certain family members would rather have him kill himself then tell anyone the truth about the family. He also believes that they have planned the story line as to how they will react when he does. He will look like the villain, and they will look like the sympathetic heroes (“We tried so hard to help him!”)
They may get their wish. He has already attempted to off himself at least once in the past couple of years.

Jay Z Launches Streaming Service

Jay Z bought the streaming service Tidal for $56 million from a Swedish tech company, and launched it on Monday. The streaming service is said to be artist-friendly, and already has the backing of Taylor Swift, Madonna, Jack White, Daft Punk, and all of Roc Nation which includes Rihanna and Kanye West. Swift had previously removed her entire catalog from the streaming service Spotify, because the service does not fairly compensate artists. "Tidal isn't just about streaming music. Users will be able to access audio, video, social media, B-roll, merchandise, ticketing. Users will be able to have a special connection to the artists."

Hollywood Street King Blind Item - She's Gaining On Beyonce

It turns out … today’s blind item has a much more in common with Mrs. Carter than Jay Z after all!

Sure, this female pop star may have been fathered by a biracial dad, but she is a Black woman just the same.
However, it’s been revealed that just as Sasha Fierce proves to be lacking Black Pride by spreading word that she’s “Mixed” with African American, Native American and French, our Caribbean Queen is being revealed to be doing the same!

A tipster tells us that’s exactly why people from her island nation are putting her on blast as a sell-out “ashamed of being Black!”

Here’s what a source had to say about our blind item:
“She should stop lying about her race.”
Word is Jay Z held previous fear over her possibly surpassing his Bey.

Now, can you guess the pop singer I’m talking about?

Jenny McCarthy Is Over The View

Jenny McCarthy recently went on Howard Stern with her husband Donnie Wahlberg. While there, the topic of The View came up. Page Six quotes Wahlberg as follows:

"She's very gracious about 'The View' and I told her the day that she left, I said they're going to ask you back within six months. She won't say it, but they did. Not officially, but they did,"

McCarthy had this to say on the topic:

"One of the producers called and said, would I ever consider it? And I said, 'No, that you.' Because I couldn't be me. I think they might try one more year, then I think the Titanic might go down."

That will buy a lot of baby wipes!

Kit Harington Is Too Sexy For This Post

Kit Harington recently spoke to Page Six about what he thinks about being called a hunk. The publication quotes him as follows:

"To always be put on a pedestal as a hunk is slightly demeaning. It really is and it's in the same way as it is for women. When an actor is seen only for her physical beauty, it can be quite offensive. Well, it's not just men that can be inappropriate sexually; women can be as well. I'm in a successful TV show in a kind of leading man way and it can sometimes feel like your art is being put to one side for your sex appeal. And I don't like that. In this position you get asked a lot, 'Do you like being a heartthrob? Do you like being a hunk?' Well, my answer is, 'That's not what I got into it for.'"

Now let's all look at this picture of Kit Harington sans shirt. I know, I know. Bad Outtie. Bad Outtie.

Harvey Weinstein Gets Handsy

The only shocking part of this story is that someone finally reported him for it! Page Six reports that a 22-year-old woman told police that Harvey Weinstein molested her during a meeting in Tribeca. At the Tribeca Film Festival at around 6pm, Weinstein allegedly approached the woman, who works for a top modeling agency. Weinstein allegedly grabbed her breasts and asked if they were real. The woman left the event to go to a police precinct to file a complaint. Weinstein of course paints this as a blackmail attempt. Insert eye roll here.

Reddit Blind Item - The Sad and Very Lonely Actress

The following was recently posted on Reddit. Sure, it might be a fake, but let's take it at face value and get to guessing:

Throwaway for obvious reasons.
I feel so whiny and ungrateful even writing this: I am a famous person. I sing and act for a living, make a huge amount of money and I'm in magazines and on TV every few days. It all began when I was 19 so it's not something I've been doing my whole life and I'm still not used to it. I honestly don't think I ever will be.
I grew up in a poor country. The only reason I didn't grow up very poor were my mom's awesome money skills. I'm an only child, so it was just mom, dad and I. They both worked shitty low paying jobs and if something unexpected came up that we'd need money for, they'd take additional jobs and work their butts off. At one point my mom had three jobs and dad had two. When my mom was 40 she even went to school again so she wouldn't have to struggle forever. She graduated while working two jobs. I am beyond grateful for everything they did and love them more than anything.
I got into this thing kind of overnight. It's something I dreamed of doing when I was a kid, but never really had faith anything would come out of it. When I got paid for the first time I calculated how much my parents would have to work for that kind of money and then sobbed like a lil bitch for 5 hours because I felt so guilty. I promised myself I'd do anything to make their lives easier. I bought them a house and 2 cars and send them on fancy vacations every once in a while. I tried to talk them into quitting their jobs so I can provide for them full time like they did for me for so many years, but they said no way. They were so humble about it I was ashamed for even suggesting it.
The problem: my job makes it impossible to maintain friendships, relationships or see my family more than 3-4 times a year. The guys either wanna date me because of the money/fame, or the pressure of being constantly followed by the paps/written about on the internet becomes too much and they bail.
My two absolute best friends live in another country so I don't see them that much either. I flew them over two times while on tour so we could just hang, but they got freaked out by the paparazzi waiting in front of the hotel. Usually my only two choices are either to go out to do fun things while trying to hide, or just stay in the hotel. Hiding usually works for a while and even if someone recognizes me I don't really mind, I'll sign a few autographs, take photos with kids, thank them and that's it. It's the paparazzi that I hate with the fire of a thousand suns. They're rude, inconsiderate and pushy, and they scare away everyone I love. Example: I was in mcdonald's with my male best friend, I was dressed very casual with no makeup and I thought no one recognized me; a few hours later our picture is on the internet saying I got a new boyfriend; of course his boyfriend got pissed. When I went to dinner with my female best friend, they wrote something like "lonelydorknerd has a fat best friend" like she's my charity case, and used an unflattering picture of her from the restaurant. I feel so bad, that shit hurts, and especially if you're not used to it (and very few people are). They're both very normal people with normal jobs. He's in academia (a psychiatrist) so he's kinda used to the attention, even though it's the different kind, but he knows how to handle it. She is a full time nanny tho, a small town girl next door, and as much as she was fascinated by the whole thing at first, she got sick of it quite fast and I'm scared she might get sick of me too. She is already avoiding to meet in public and nowadays I only ever see her on skype or at my house when I'm not on tour or filming (which is rarely).
I dated my ex for 4 years (we were in college together). We broke up for reasons (at the time) unknown when I started getting more famous. He just stopped talking to me and went completely no contact. I was crushed for 2 years after that because he never let me know what the hell happened. He did contact me eventually. He said he was really sorry, how he had been jealous of my success and felt inadequate, everything felt too much and he didn't know how to handle it. He said he knew I'd never make him feel inadequate on purpose and I was the perfect girlfriend and didn't deserve to be treated the way he treated me. In the meantime he got a good paying job and got his shit together, said I was the love of his life and we dated for a while again. After a few more months he proposed, I said no because I couldn't get over him disappearing on me, even though he said he'd never do it again. I miss him and regret saying no, although I'm not sure if it's just my general loneliness speaking or we really were "meant to be". I don't think I'll ever find out because after I rejected him he went no contact again, and he'll just text me for birthdays etc.
I also dated a few other guys in the meantime, both famous and non-famous, but it just didn't work out, for reasons I already mentioned.
Apart from the paparazzi/tabloids/fucking perez problem, there's also the obvious I-don't-have-time-for-anything problem. If I'm not touring or filming, I'm recording, doing interviews or events. I honestly don't have time to poop. I see my therapist once a week and go to the gym twice a week and those are the only 2 things I do that are not work related. Days off usually make me even more depressed because they're usually in the middle of the week so there's no time to fly out to see my family or friends or fly them over, and I just stay home alone, throw myself a pity party and contemplate how fucking lonely I am. Easter is coming up and there will be a huge family gathering at my parents' and it makes me so depressed to think it will be another one I'll miss. At this point I just wanna be like fuck everything and just go home and hug my mom. I can't though, because I am filming on location in fucking Croatia and can't just bail.
I have no idea how my colleagues from the industry do it. How they date, see their families or start their own families. My manager says it's normal and I should just suck it up because "this level of fame won't last forever" and I should make the best of it. I don't know if I can, tho.
I don't know what my question is. I just needed to talk to someone I don't pay to listen to me, and my friends are probably sick of hearing me whining over skype. What should I do? How do I stop feeling this way? Do I just drop everything and become an accountant or whatever?
tl;dr: I am very famous as dumb as that sounds and I miss my family, friends, and having a normal life. i don't think I can do this anymore.
