  1. I have loved Josh Charles ever since my beloved Sports Night went off the air. Seeing shows with him, Peter Krause (Six Feet Under and Parenthood), Felicity Huffman (Desperate Housewives, the art of being married to William H Macy), and Sabrina Loyd (Sliders!) - I so miss that show. :( But go, Josh!

  2. I actually really enjoyed the show last night. If Josh Charles is Felix, then he was terrific too. Matthew Perry was very funny.

  3. We also watched it last night and enjoyed it. Thought Matthew Perry and the other guy (I think his last name is Lemon?) were funny - although the writing could be a little sharper - I don't want to see plots like the old series had - but I think this has potential.

  4. The Felix character is played by Lt Jim Dangle from Reno 911 (Thomas Lennon). I haven't seen it but I'll watch it just for him, he is comedy gold!

  5. It was okay. It wasn't hideous but it wasn't a runaway hit either. I did the female version of the Odd Couple in dinner theatre and I swear I remember every line. Thomas Lennon didn't live up to my expectations Seven.

  6. I thought it was the worst sitcom I've ever seen!! Thomas Lennon was alright but Matthew Perry was painful to watch. I daughter about 5-10 minutes, the scene when the date arrives with her sister and every time Matthew was on screen I wanted to throw things but I kept watching for Thomas. Maybe I'm just not the right demo for a show like this. I used to think two and a half men was the worst thing on television but this actually topped it.

  7. In his case I'm firmly in the camp of the Atlantic. Don't bastardize an iconic work and then expect to get kid gloves from the press when you colossally fail at it, and sully that work's impeccable image.
