Patty Hearst's Shih Tzu won the Toy Category at the annual Westminster Dog Show in New York. Patricia Hearst-Shaw, 61, co-owns the shih tzu name Rocket.
She should have named him Stockholm. He probably has the syndrome considering he hasn't bitten their faces off as they put on those ribbons and spray him with perfume. I say this as someone who has had the pleasure of being a parent of Shih-Tzus and they are Not.The.One to be trifled with.
Min Pins are terrific! I respect any sweet,loving,has their own personality little dog who doesn't just walk around shivering. I'm looking at you, chihuahuas. Your tremors make me nervous.
@auntliddy, these dogs are usually full breeds and they cost a freaking fortune, not to mention the training and maintenance. It's an "investment" b/c at some point, when you're done showing the dog, you can breed them for a pretty penny or sell their likeness for sponsorships. Watch the movie Best in Show, you'll see what they're like!

I'm sorry but everyone knows (or should know) that miniature pinschers are the KING of Toys. The min pin should have won. I for one cannot imagine the insane high mantainence of the friggin Shih Tzu's hairdo. No thanks!
