SCA Promotions recently won a fraud dispute against Lance Armstrong and Tailwind Sports Company. The New York Times reports that the suit was over "unparalleled pageant of international perjury, fraud and conspiracy" used to cover up Armstrong's use of performance-enhancing drugs. Lance Armstrong lying? Could you imagine? A Texas court ruled in favor of SCA Promotions, and now Armstrong has to pay the company $10 million. Armstrong's lawyers are appealing the ruling.
