Allison Williams Puts Wedding On Hold
Allison Williams has put her wedding plans with fiancé Ricky Van Veen on hold, reports E! Williams said in an interview that between doing Peter Pan Live, and now with the developments surrounding her father Brian Williams's career, they just haven't found the right time to start planning. She maintains that the couple are not calling things off; rather they are waiting until things get a little less hectic to continue planning their wedding.
Ya right. This sounds fishy. Just go to Vegas and call it a day.
ReplyDeleteShe also said her dad's "a really good man, an honest man, a truthful man". She's a lying liar too.
ReplyDeleteOh FFS,us peasants manage to plan, organise and execute weddings whilst holding down jobs, raising children, being broke etc.I've got a short-fuse with the slebs today
ReplyDelete@fancy, I'm right there with you today! Its a wedding, not the event of the century.
DeleteI'm sure that it has nothing to do with watching her get fake rimmed/ass motor-boated on Girls.
ReplyDelete"Less hectic" - you mean like watching yourself on a big screen with a guy going to town on your backside with your dad sitting next to your side?
ReplyDeleteDad's a convenient excuse. I'm sure he was also convenient in getting her early roles.
ReplyDeleteI hope this fiancé realizes he's getting dumped.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't say so in the article, but I suspect that the interviewer asked about how the wedding plans were going. At that point, Williams responds that the planning has been put on hold. First of all, busy people frequently engage wedding planners to do this sort of thing. I can't imagine Williams or her family making phone calls to caters or checking local halls for open dates. I suspect for the amount of money Williams will spend on a dress, she would be able to have her fittings where and when it was convenient for her. I can't see the Williams family crammed around a table in a small florist shop flipping through binders with to choose their flowers.
ReplyDeleteThis may be why most Hollywood couples end up the way they do. Something is always more important than their wedding and their marriages. "I can't deal with that wedding thing right now, I just got that great kitty litter commercial and it's really all I can focus on right now. It could make me a star!"
*Edit for correction > ...flipping through binders with LTD arrangements to choose their flowers.
DeleteKaren-"Great kitty litter commercial"- lolololololl!! Love it!!
Delete@Karen W, agree with you about the marriages. That's why I actually think it's better if a star marries a relative civilian. Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are a good example: I think it's great that he has nothing to do all day but make her happy. Why would it be better for her to be with some doctor or business guy who's going to be booked or travelling all the time and leave her by herself? The same is true for male stars' wives, or gay couples. Two giant star egos in a marriage is usually a recipe for disaster.
ReplyDeleteNewsflash for Allison: no one cares.
ReplyDelete^ This x 1 million.
DeleteNope. And this is probably an untruth...
DeleteI might be slightly interested if his name was Ricky Van Peen.
ReplyDeletePrick Van Peen for short.
DeleteYeah, funny fiance name for sure. Peen wld hv been gold! Lol. Shes pretty young, mb too young to get married. Her career is kind of taking off too. What with that and liar liarson as a dad, shes not in wedding mood. I think she is as boring as dishwater but hey props to her for getting work. And the dad watching that butt boarding scene was a 10 on the creep-o-meter.
ReplyDeleteAgree Brian Williams is a liar and a creep, but I won't knock a girl for defending her father.
