Happy was such a huge hit for Pharrell Williams, that he is turning it into a children's book. People reports that the singer has singed a deal with Putnam Books; he will be writing a series of picture books, the first one of which will be based on his song Happy. The first printing of 250,000 copies will hit bookshelves on September 22.
Love Pharrell! (So glad he lost the Arby's hat!)
ReplyDeleteThats nice, esp since its reading for children. If i hear one more teen say they want to be a model or rap singer, im gonna throw up. there are other professions!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great song----I don't listen to the radio so I was late in getting into it.
ReplyDeleteAnyone want to take bets on how long until Hollywood makes it into a MOVIE? I'm not kidding. Side note: I kind of liked the funky Arby's hat (jukes left).
ReplyDeleteI love Pharrell. There's a new radio station of out Philadelphia that is playing all the old school hip hop and R & B jams. Pharrell was such a huge part of so much music from back in the day. He just seems like good people. And I love that he really is just a band geek at heart. I would love to meet him.
ReplyDeleteI love the diversity of the people in this video. It's perfect..
