  2. I am so done with prince and his pretentious bullshit. Whatever talent he had has been blocked out by his assholiness.

  3. Hmmm...would anyone really care that Prince is going to be at the Grammys? I love his old music, and his concert about 10 years ago was one of the best I've ever seen, but I couldn't care less about this.

  4. When I read something is family friendly, I immediately lose interest. I dont want my entertainment sugar coated.

  5. Julie, did you see the Musicology tour?

I love Dolly, but this sounds like something more for the Hallmark channel, not NBC. I'm still mad that they cancelled Smash. Assholes.

    1. This sounds really lame, but I don't remember what tour it was! My friend gave me a ticket. All I can say is that they gave out free CD's at the door. He mostly sang his hits, and was absolutely amazing.

  6. so basically they're saying katy can't do the super bowl show on her own like beyonce

  7. Anything interesting about Dolly's life was done decades ago. It's all pretty much been done concerning country western singers hasn't it? If not, I agree with califblondy, Dolly should stick to the Hallmark channel.

Prince? I'm not understanding where he's coming from anymore with his high and mighty attitude. Purple Rain era Prince sure, but that shit was decades ago.

When he was on SNL we listened a bit and then turned the sound down until the next segment. To be fair most bands sound like shit on SNL because they don't mike the sound right for TV. When Paul McCartney was on you couldn't even hear the vocals (tragic). It's been that way as long as I can remember and you would think SOMEBODY would get a clue and fix it (are you listening Lorne Michaels?)

Besides who watches the Super Bowl for the live music anyway? Or is that just me?
