Gary Dourdan Is Broke As A Joke

Former CSI actor Gary Dourdan, 48, has filed for bankruptcy for the second time in less than four years, reports People. Dourdan has $904.35 in his checking account, and $84.50 in savings. Dourdan starred on CSI for nine seasons before leaving the show in 2008; he has faced multiple drug charges since then. Dourdan's main expense is his $1500/mo child support payment to ex Jennifer Sutton for their daughter Nyla. This time around, his debt is $14,413.32 which pales in comparison to his first bankruptcy filing when his debt was $1.73 million.

  2. Yet another Halle Berry ex. Girl sure knows how to pick 'em.

That said, he was a very good looking guy in his day. Those beautiful eyes! Not sure what he looks like now.

    1. We parked by him at a Laker game, then walked across the street into Staples Center with him. It was during his CSI days. He was even better looking in person.

  5. Maybe this will allow him to quit paying child support (and remain out of jail) while continuing to buy drugs. Kewl.

    1. It depends on the type of bankruptcy (Chapter 7 vs Chapter 13).

  8. It's odd because he is on a new series, set to air on BET (Being Mary Jane). Seems like he shouldn't be quite so broke, plus, how did the production manage to hire him? Insurance companies don't care about TV series as much, or he had someone else taking tests for him?

  9. No sympathy. Nine years on a hit TV show?! He should be a multi-millionaire by now, not bankrupt!

    1. I'm with you Krissie. I have zero sympathy for people who make more money for one month of work then I will make in 2 years.

    2. Amen! He spent all of his money on hoes and drugs from what I heard so no sympathy here either. We filmed a movie together actually in 1998...King of the World. I was an extra..he was very nice but his baby momma was crazy! Running around the set eyeballing all the females thinking we wanted him. Ugh!
