Celebrity Real Estate - Evan Ross Edition

Newlywed Evan Ross has put his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad on the market for $1.499 million ahead of the birth of his first child with wife Ashlee Simpson. The home, built in 1956, is a relatively small 1,686 square feet, and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, and a koi pond. See pictures of the property at the LA Times.

  1. Nul points for the unimaginative Monroe and Dylan pictures

  2. And Tickle it's a copy of Warhol to boot. Actually like the house but not decorated so great. Needs some color. That room by the french doors to the patio/pool area is a waste. I'd definitely do something different there.

  3. Art aside I like it. 1600 sft makes a lot more sense to me than the 14,000 one yesterday.

The yard does look small though.

  5. I like the size, cozy and with all the windows and the gorgeous outdoor views it seems larger. This is more my style than 14000 sq ft.

  10. Frankly it looks to me like he paid someone to slap a few generic prints on the wall and put a few pieces of furniture in it so it wasn't completely empty. If that artwork actually belongs to him, well there's no accounting for taste is there? I like the weird wicker bed.

I think it's a nice size and has a nice yard for a couple with no kids or someone single. I'd love it.
