Jim Parsons Playing God

The Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons is headed back to Broadway when the show goes on hiatus, reports Page Six. This time around, Parsons will be playing the role of God in the play, "An Act of God," based on the book, "The Last Testament, A Memoir by God." Performances begin May 5th at the Studio 54 theater. Parsons has previously appeared on Broadway in "Harvey" and "The Normal Heart."

  3. I have tried repeatedly to watch BBT, and I just don't find it funny. Sorry to all the fans out there. Maybe it's just too witty for me and goes over my head.

  4. GOML - the BBT definitely appeals to a certain type of nerd. I can see where not everyone would get the humor. Personally I don't get the appeal of How I Met Your Mother. My brother thinks it's genius. Tomato - To-mah-to.
