Bobbi Kristina Unconscious In A Bathtub

TMZ is reporting that Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in a bathtub in her Georgia home by her husband Nick Gordon and a friend. The pair performed CPR until the police and paramedics arrived. She is now in the hospital, and doctors have stabilized her breathing. Whitney Houston passed away in a bathtub three years ago.

  2. Poor kid, she really didn't have much of a chance to begin with. I hope she gets well and gets treatment.

I'm wondering how soon it will be before the Illuminati blame comes out to play. The Illuminati murdered Whitney, donchaknow, and now they're going after her daughter.

  3. I hope she has at least one string role model/friend that can help her out of this downward spiral. Her parents weren't and her husband isn't.

  4. Just so sad. Fingers crossed that Bobbi Kristina gets the help she needs.

Last week, I meant to share THIS article that's been circulating about new research on drug addiction, which further emphasizes that substance abuse is linked to anomie/isolation and lack of social resources.

Junkie-journalist Kat Marnell also wrote an excellent introspective after Whitney's death on the link between overdoses and bathtubs HERE

    1. @LadyH, wow, that was an interesting article (the first one). The war on drugs is just a mess and the age of isolation, with people glued to their phones even when dining with other people and in class, doesn't help.

Of course, on the side the top article is this: Everything You Wanted to Know About the Rise of Anilingus (But Were Afraid to Ask). I wonder if Count wrote it? :b

    2. @LadyH, wow, that xoJane article HIT HOME for me. That is exactly what it was like for me when I was using.

    4. I'm out of my depth on pills, heroin, coke, etc. My addiction and drug of choice was alcohol.

No need for lab rat studies on alcohol. Whet we know is that the receptors in the brain for the alcoholic and non-alcoholic are - if you will - wired differently. Just as epileptics have different synapstic activity than the non-epileptic, the same *kind* of difference exists between the alcoholic and non-alcoholic brain.

Unlike the world of the addict described in the article - largely isolated, almost solipsistic - many alcoholics frolic freely in public places that strive to satisfy their urges. I had many friends in mass consumption when I was drinking. We don't spend much time together now because I don't drink and that's kinda their thing.

I hold out the possibility that different drugs - because they are essentially working on our central nervous system and brain differently - have their own unique conditions and circumstances.

I've been alcohol free for some time. It was a private journey of acknowledgement, treatment, etc. The path I took seems to work for me but I certainly don't believe in "one size fits all" for clothing so I won't make the same dogmatic insistence on treatment.

The only surprise for me (Illuminati wise - can't wait for HSK theorists!) was that her hubby/partner in incest/gold digger attempted to revive her. I much more skilled gold digger would have gone to a movie and let events run their course - after all, he's in for a windfall when she passes. My one surprise: he took action. Not a bet I'd have made. Glad to be wrong!

To all those who struggle - just know millions of others have been in the same moment, place and time you are in. Millions. And what you need to do for yourself, for your family and those who love you can be done and has been done. We love you and want you to thrive. Do it YOUR WAY but do it just the same: make a change.

For those like my pal Meanie - attagirl! BIG Guido kisses and hugs!

    10. Thx for the kind words.

Dear Old Girl, much love to you. Don't let the past swallow you up. Don't let regret be your journey. Be strong for yourself. You're not alone. If I thought what was before me was impossible I couldn't have done what I needed to do. MILLIONS have journeyed before me and been well. I still think of that whenever I take up any challenge.

Much much much Guido love to you D.O.G! Be good to yourself.

    She's worth more than this.

  9. I feel sorry for the kid, but I've got to say it....maybe an assisted shower would be safer than a bath.

  10. Bless her heart, I hope she's okay. Maybe this will be her catalyst to get help. She has the money to get the best help in the world.

  11. I'm probably setting myself by defending LiLo on this site but I'm shocked how little empathy there is for her compared to this outpouring of concern for BK. Say what you will about her, Lindsay never slept with her brother.

    1. There are definitely similarities between them. My guess is that people are annoyed by how many chances Lindsay has been given. No matter how irresponsible she acts, she gets offered another movie role, a clothing deal, a TV series, etc. She keeps blowing opportunities, yet keeps getting more, and that's pretty infuriating when there are so many more deserving people. Bobbi, on the other hand, doesn't get these kinds of offers. Mostly we hear about her because she's posted something stupid on Twitter or whatever.

    2. He isn't her brother. Whiteny never legally adopted him, and there is no blood tie relationship other than they were good friends--similar to brother and sister.

    3. Technically, Soon Yi isn't Woody's daughter, either, but it doesn't make it any less disturbing.

  12. This reminds me of how Brittany Murphy died suddenly and then her husband died suddenly a few months later. Creepy.

I wonder what state Bobbi Kristina is really in. "Stabilized" could mean anything.

    1. I don't think it's creepy. It's known that Bobbi K has a drug problem, and it's normal for people to be especially depressed around the anniversary of the death of a parent or loved one.

  13. I'm in the camp that doesn't see much hope for this girl. Her grandmother should have stepped in and taken custody of her when she was small. It's beyond my understanding why Whitney and Bobby didn't lose custody of her early on. That kid has no clue what normal looks like. This O.D. Isn't surprising at all.

  14. TMZ says she's now been placed in a medically induced coma due to swelling in her brain. Do drugs cause that?!

    1. That's what I was wondering...did she maybe take something and nearly drown in the tub? Slip and hit her head while under the influence?
In any event, being placed in a medically induced coma is not good.

    2. Apparently it was from lack of oxygen to the brain as she was found face down in the tub

    3. That sounds pretty dire. :-(

    5. Whitney was found face down as well according to the LMN movie about her. This is just too weird.

  15. It' sad that someone with so much to live for, can't seem to find her way straight. I, too, hope that this is the wake up call she needed to turn her life around. I don't care what the illuminati claim...drug use killed Whitney and nothing more. Crack is whack and she was definitely an addict for a long time. Drugs took her voice, her career, and her life, there was nothing glamorous or mysterious about that. And it would have helped Bobby K a lot if Grandma Cissy put down her bible and stopped praying long enough to pay attention to what was really going on in her family. I understand the need for faith but when it blinds you from the truth and reality it is just as bad as being an addict.

  16. @audrey, I hate saying this but what does she have to live for? Her family is an unsupportive mess and I don't think she will recover properly from her mother's death without professional help.
Does anyone know if she received all of Whitney's money or if the grandmother is still in control?

    1. She is in her early 20s....growing old, doing something with your life other than being an addict, using your celebrity for good rather than evil, all are preferable to dying of a drug overdose before you are in your 90s.

  17. It seems like this poor girl never stood a chance. I hope she fully recovers and gets the help she desperately needs.

  18. To everyone who commented thank you for making it clear to others what it's like being an active addict. Whoopi Goldberg said many, many years ago that if you want to do heroin just take a gun and kill yourself because by using drugs you're taking the chickenshit way to suicide. (Paraphrasing).

The induced coma is worrying. So is swelling on the brain. I wonder what really happened?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Aoife, if I can add to your comment, when you are an active addict, you are not only killing yourself, but all the people who love and care about you.

    ReplyDelete
  20. @Aoife. I completely get your point (and Whoopi's) but you won't recover from a bullet to your temple.

Many people recover from drug addiction.

Should you ever relapse, please don't consider suicide as a viable option. There are supportive friends always, even if they're "only" Internet friends.
