Everyone is buzzing that this international star (who is 6 months pregnant) is still TOO THIN!

An insider says, “People close to her are very concerned” and add it’s as if she hasn’t even popped at the
6 month mark”

The pressure she is getting to look great and wearing fashionable cloths is overwhelming – but she really needs to start eating soon – her herself and her baby!

    Scuttlebutt says keira, but she looks ok to me. Middleton, i think thats how ahe carries. I went to a nail place and a woman who worked there was tall, and she didnt even look pregnant at 9 months! And i saw her go thru 2 pregnancies.

    I tend to use cloths for cleaning stuff around the house,sympathy to this poor celebrity who has to fashion outfits from them :(

    Yup, gotta be Kate Middleton but she just never shows. I do think she needs to eat a little better however. The extra stress of being Princess has made her so thin.

    I think it's supposed to be Keira. Everything she's wearing is made to add bulk to her this awards season. Kate was super thin through the lady pregnancy and had an average size baby. I do t think anyone is worried about her.

    My belly the night before I delivered my both of my kids was about the size of a 6 month belly. Some people don't gain 60lbs pregnant. Or even 10. And it drives those who do gain weight crazy. Because women always have something to say about other women. Big yawn.

    Easy! Kate Middleton. Everyone knows the girl has an eating disorder. She did have an obsession with copying Princess Diana when she was still dating her husband so I guess she went full circle and started getting bulimic too?

    They're starving the baby. I had a client who was preggers, anorexic and using speed. She had to be hospitalised & fed by IV just so the baby got some nutrients.
