Is it just me or is this weird? To take your kids to a show like this, even if they're grown. I would have NEVER thought to buy my dad a burlesque show for his birthday. Maybe we're prudes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

AND - may I point out that the (aging)stripper should probably be using discretion!!! FFS, does she think they wanted her to advertise using their names??? Her "shows" must be dried up- she's using these names to boost her rep. Why doesn't she let us know how long ago (exactly) these acts occurred? That's what o thought. Time to hang up the glass and pasties.
A burlesque performer is not a stripper, there is a huge difference. Personally, I think it's empowering, artistic, and a celebration of a woman's body that's done on a woman's terms.
No, it's not stripping or hooking, but seeing a woman celebrate her body naked in a giant champagne glass with my freaking Dad would have been weird for me. That is certainly just me though, and if you and your dad are close like that, awesome.
I was wondering how nude she gets in her act. I've never seen it but would like to. Bet the Opster would too.
Depending upon how nekkid she gets it may not be weird. I did a character when I did singing telegrams that ripped away her ugly dress and was scantily clad at the end. FULLY dressed mind you but sexy. Daughters bought it for dad all the time. Granted Dita is probably show much more skin than I ever did but how much I don't know.
Maybe P Diddler just hired Dita for sonny boy. Clearly, she offers a family discount.
