Celebrity Real Estate - Condo Conversion Edition

No fun pictures to go with this one, but Jim Parsons of the Big Bang Theory has just purchased two apartments at the condo conversion where he already owns two units (both of the existing units are on the same floor). The newest units include a penthouse for $2.8 million, and another unit for $815,000, Curbed reports. Let's hope that when he creates an insane duplex, he lets Architectural Digest inside!

  1. He annoys me like no other. (I am on one today!). That voice and those stupid car commercials he is in. Overpaid and overexposed just like Kaley. I hate the show but at least Darlenes boyfriend isnt in our faces 24/7. Even Blossom is wearing thin----who would have ever thought she would comeback?!

If I had to pick a first to vaporize, it'd be Mayim Bialik.

    5. We don't see those car commercials on the west coast, just the Intel commercials.

    2. It's NYC. He would have to move out of the city or find a brownstone.

  3. I love Jim which apparently isn't popular here. I will post first and look next but is this in NYC or LA? When you buy a condo you expect that sort of thing where people will do repairs.

  5. It's New York, so it makes sense. I bet he's going back as soon as he show finishes its final run. Just like Seinfeld did. Can't blame him. L.A. sucks.
