Charlie Sheen Allegedly Assaulted Dental Assistant

And you thought you had a bad job! Dental assistant Margarita Palestino filed a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen claiming that he grabbed her boob and came at her with a knife back in October, TMZ reports. Palestino also told cops that Sheen's bodyguard explained away his behavior by claiming that Sheen was high on rock cocaine. Sheen vehemently denies this claim, and says that he had an adverse reaction to nitrous oxide.

  1. "It wasn't the rock I smoked before my trip to the dentist. It was the nitrous. Duh."

  3. At this point, Charlie doesn't have an adverse reaction to anything. He's tested every substance under the sun!

  4. I only react this way at the dentist when presented with my bill.

Also, how is this guy still upright, let alone alive? I remember that years ago Martin Sheen & the family were very involved in trying to get Charlie sober. I wonder if they feel it is just a lost cause now.

  5. How come these people file lawsuits rather than a police report? Sorry but it kills their credibility. Not saying Charlie couldn't have done it but it truly doesn't help their case.

  6. The last thing I would ever want to do is defend Charlie Sheen but years ago my friend's husband had a similar bizarre reaction to being given gas at the dentist. He became violent, yelling and knocking things over. Pretty sure he hadn't smoked any rock cocaine prior to his appointment. Interestingly, he is also someone who can't drink alcohol because it turns him into a raging arse and has had other impulse control issues. He's certainly no Charlie Sheen but I can see where there are similarities so perhaps it's a legit brain chemistry thing.

  7. I hate nitrous and the needle is worse. Need a filling? I tell the dentist to work fast.

  9. You mean he took cocaine before going to the dentist and then took nitrous oxide?

  10. When you take on Charlie as a client you are implicitly and maybe explicitly accepting the risk that he will conduct himself in the manner described. Case closed.
