Dental assistant Margarita Palestino filed a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen claiming that he grabbed her boob and came at her with a knife back in October, TMZ reports. Palestino also told cops that Sheen's bodyguard explained away his behavior by claiming that Sheen was high on rock cocaine. Sheen vehemently denies this claim, and says that he had an adverse reaction to nitrous oxide.
