Celebrity Real Estate - Renee Zellweger Lists Hamptons House
Renee Zellweger recently listed her East Hampton home for $4.45 million. The four bedroom, three bathroom home sits on 0.91 of an acre. Zellweger purchased the home in 2003 for $2.15 million.

Delete$4.45 million is a lot of dough for a ho-hum house on less than an acre. And what is it with all these white walls with white furniture? Are these people getting decorating tips from their local hospital? Do their plug in air fresheners smell like rubbing alcohol? And that industrial kitchen makes me think of a school cafeteria.

DeleteWow, location is everything. I love the outdoor sitting areas and the neutral color scheme doesn't bother me at all. I prefer it to dark colors/florals/heavy fabrics. Those floors are great.
ReplyDeleteGuys this sounds pathetically sad but in CA that price is par for the course. Non famous people cough up almost $2m for a smaller house and lot. How they do it I have zero idea. Why they practically cut a bitch over a POS and then knock it down and rebuild I cannot fathom.

DeleteIthink celebs buy these houses as investments, they dont necessarily live in them. Then when time is right, they are advised to sell.
