Celebrity Real Estate - Moby Sells His Castle

Until recently, Moby was the owner of Wolf's Lair, a replica of a Norman castle, underneath the Hollywood Sign. Without ever putting the home on the open market, Moby has managed to sell the home for $12.4 million. Since it was never officially on the market, there aren't any listing photos, but there are a few pictures of the property at Curbed LA.

  1. What a stunning home. Just move Jason Bateman in and I'm good to go.

    1. Great debut album and a decent follow up. Used to really like his music, still listen on occasion. Moody, ambient stuff.

    4. Perhaps they are pleather chairs? Though I wouldn't be surprised if they are real. I know a few people who claim to be vegan, yet still wear leather boots and carry leather bags.

  7. Apparently Eminem was wrong, Some people do listen to techno. Moby has made a LOT of money in real estate. He sold his penthouse in NYC for nearly 6 million.

  11. Thanks for these RE listings. I am still recovering from the loss of the Real Estalker. Mama is just not the same now.

  12. I love these old Hollywood houses from the 20s & 30s, not just these mansions, even little bungalows around the area, their whole style. They're probably my favorite architectural style for houses. It's a shame, you don't see ones like them at all where I'm from.
