Celebrity Real Estate - The Lionsgate Estate

Rumor has it that Steve Wynn is in talks to buy the Lionsgate Estate in Bel Air. Previous owners of the estate were Kenny Rogers, and Kenneth Rickel and Nancy Davis. If you don't recognize the name Nancy Davis, she is the mother of Brandon Davis and Jason Davis, aka Greasy Bear and Gummi Bear. Yes, this is their childhood home.

      Steve Wynn is credited with the current configuration of the Las Vegas strip. He's bringing bigger, badder demons. (other sites are reporting a contract has been signed, so this isn't really a rumor)

      He should still do it though....just to keep the spiritual world safe. Davis demons should never be mixed with other less greasy demons. Let's keep the spiritual grease segregated! ;)

    I always wonder why people feel like they need such a large home that you need a staff of so many just to maintain. Not like it's anywhere the size but I had a friend who with her husband, had a wonderful 4000 sq ft home with pool and wanted to sell and move to another area where their $ would buy something even larger. Too much work! I'd rather have large tracts of land that you could hike than more house.
