Bachelor Creator Harasses Brooke Burke and David Charvet

In a neighbor dispute gone wrong, Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss has been charged with disturbing the peace, reports TMZ exclusively. Fleiss has physically threatened both Brooke Burke and David Charvet, and has huge speakers pointed toward their property that blare barking dog sounds at all hours. Charvet and Burke had previously tried to get a restraining order against Fleiss. No word on what originated the dispute.

    My neighbors have REAL barking dogs that are crazy-making. Barking all day for hours at a time, getting into "bark fights" across the fences, etc. AAAGHH, pointing an endless loop of barking dogs on a high-def speaker would drive me to illegal acts.

    Is anyone surprised the guy who gave foisted "The Bachelor" on the world is a tool?

      You can buy high frequency battery operated bark deterrents. Just stand next to fence & press it a few times. Or complain to your local council

    Supposedly Fleiss also claimed to have helped get Brooke fired from DWTS. I wonder why he has such hate for them?

      Yeah, I'm really curious about the backstory, too. Can't be a good thing to mix too much money, power, & time on your hands with a feud with the neighbors who have some of the same... Recipe for escalating trouble. If he used his pull to take her job, that's pretty crappy.

    My neighbors live in girlfriend did that to me but with country music, its like she knew that would piss me off more than anything.

    I love animals, & wouldn't mind the sound of dogs barking. I'd just be pissed off to the point of craziness at the nasty intent behind it. But, although I love the kids in my family and my friends' kids, I LOATHE the sound of kids screaming, crying, etc. All he'd have to do is point speakers towards my house with the sounds of bratty kids shrieking, or a school playground with all of them screaming at once, & jeeeezzzzuuuuusssss, I'd be in jail within the hour.

      We have a psycho neighbour who gets drunk and screams. His kids are little stinkers who bash our fence w cricket bats and throw rocks at our dogs. He blasts bogan 80's rock throughout the week, late (when we need to get up for work), so early morning in weekends we crank up the stereo and open all doors/windows and blast him with the most brutal metal.

    So is Fleiss aka Heidi's bro playing the fake barking dog noises in retaliation because Burke and Charvet have real annoying barking dogs or the kids are driving Fleiss crazy. He bought Mel's compound why isn't he living there, no neighbours close by and pretty sure Burke and Charvet couldn't afford that neighbourhood.

    Wow Burke and Charvet had a 13 million dollar mansion, I guess they make or more likely SHE makes more money than I thought to be Fleiss's neighbour their current house can't be chump change either
