Emile Hirsch Charged With Assault

Almost three weeks after the incident transpired, Page Six reports that Emile Hirsch, 29, has been charged with assaulting a Paramount Pictures executive in a nightclub altercation in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival. The official charge is aggravated assault, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Hirsch has also been charged with intoxication.

      That's the proposed method of diffusing the situation and hoping for probation. Look judge, my client had a problem he addressed with rehab.....

    Good. A Chokehold is ridiculous and not sure as to why he wasn't arrested at the time. How convenient to NOW go to rehab. Why didn't you do that in that last three weeks buddy?

    Apparently the woman he put in a chokehold blacked out and 2 people had to pull him off of her. Sounds like rehab is necessary, but ya, why not go before the charge? Jerk off!
