Celebrity Real Estate - Vince Vaughn Chicago Edition

Vince Vaughn has put his Chicago bachelor pad on the market for $13.9 million. The huge penthouse is a 12,000 square foot triplex, that contains 5 bedrooms, and monthly HOA fees totalling $12,155. That's $145,860 annually in HOA fees. The triplex is located in the Palmolive Building, which was home to Playboy Enterprises from the mid 1960's to the late 1980's. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    1. All the furniture has been rendered into the photos, that is why it looks so sterile.
Sorry if this is a double post.

  3. Wow! That's beautiful. When I win the Powerball tonight, I'm buying it. Chicago is my favorite city in the US.

  4. I used to live right around the corner from that building. My hardware store was in the first floor.

  7. Yikes, it's awfully cold and boardroom-ish.

I would have thought he'd have more of a party pad.

  10. Gee I didn't know Vince got paid that well, after you deduct the managers and the agents and the IRS cut.

  11. Man that place looks like it could have been a small gentlemans club. It doesn't look like a home at all. Way too much wood for my tastes (the wood is beautiful though). I just have to think for that crazy amount of $$$ you could find something way better. That HOA fee is fucking NUTS!!!
