Celebrity Real Estate - Papa Joe Simpson Edition

Jessica Simpson's father is on the move...to Malibu. Simpson just laid out $3.8 million on a bachelor pad with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and views of the ocean. See pictures of the property at TMZ.

    Exactly what does Papa Joe do for a living? Used to be a preacher, then he managed his daughters "careers" but Chestica and Asslee no longer perform. Just celebs, that's it.

    @Meanie, to be fair, it really is rather austere. Even the paintings are white-ish!

    @Sherry, the article says he now "manages models". As in barely out of their teens and fresh off the boat from Scotland male models.

    Im sure papa joe gets percentage of Jessicas empire. Its a goid way to keep him out of her hair. He is a hypocritical creep, and i hate hypocrites. You dont see his bad hairdos anywhere near his grandchildren.

    As for house, im generally not a fan of sharp angles. Im a craftman and cottage gal, and it wld be hard to cozy up that pointy joint.
