Celebrity Real Estate - Jonas Brothers Edition

Nick Jonas is putting his home on the market just one year after he bought it. After paying $3.2 million, Jonas has listed the 1938 Mediterranean-style home for $3.6 million. The 7,070 square foot home is above Sunset, and features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and guest house, and a pool. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    The view is gorgeous, the pool is nice...I mean I guess it would be acceptable as my 3rd alternate home :p

    Is that a bell tower in the first two pictures? I rather like it too Meanie. Not too big, gorgeous view and relatively cheap considering.

    Bathroom's a bit dull. Nice pool & kitchen, not sure a bout having a desk in there though
