Kirstie Alley's Daughter Dating Tom Cruise's Son?

Lillie Parker, daughter of Kirstie Alley, lost her fiancé in a motorcycle accident in November. Since then, Parker has found comfort in spending time with Connor Cruise, son of Tom Cruise. The Daily Mail states that the two have much in common: both went to the same school (Scientology-based, natch), both adopted by celebrities, and they're both Scientologists. Oh, and they gave eachother nicknames: Golden Eagle for him, and Von Strut for her. Nothing says love like nicknames. What do you think of this pairing?

      To my (albeit limited) knowledge, my understanding is that they do not. It seems to be sort of a karmic/reincarnatio belief system, where what you do in this life affects your next. But I only have the most rudimentary knowledge of Co$.

    Pretty girl. I had no idea that Parker Stevenson's kids were adopted. I remember seeing him in a "A Separate Peace" in the early 70s. He was gorgeous, as was John Heyl. Ah, the mind of a teenage girl.

    I'm still amazed that anyone gets involved with Scientology and that parents subject their kids to it from birth.

    I think its a great match. Let the sci weirdness be confined to those already in it. Mb it will die out. Iit is amazing to me how much connor looks like tom.

    As crazy as COS is who wouldn't, given similar circumstances, find comfort with a person who shared your values? At least they aren't infecting other innocent parties.

    And yeah surprised TommyGirl hain't jumped on this girl. Or maybe Connor is just the way to make it look ok. Can't find the words.

    It's wild how much Connor resembles his dad. I know he's adopted, blah, blah, blah, but just the facial expression is an uncanny match.

    In other celebrity resemblance news, Lily Rose Depp looks exactly like her mom, Vanessa Paradis. Don't know what happened to the Depp genes.

    They’ve both completed Church courses including one on leadership and competence on the huge Scientology cruise ship called Freewinds.

    Because every kid takes high school courses on cruise ships.

    Lillie’s heartbreak has caused them to grow much closer. On 9 January, they met up in New York and went straight to a hotel for deep and meaningful chats. Connor said in one message: ‘Real Talk. Brutal.’

    Yeah, they went to the hotel for "deep and meaningful chats". The kind you can't have in a coffee shop or a restaurant.

    The school they went to is shady with a side of shady. It's called the Delphian Academy and looks like a prison.

    And if wonders never cease, the shrill harpy Kirstie Alley shares something in common with Paris Hilton - she's DJ Lil' Buttercup! Get that swag, Kirstie!

    Connor forged a career as a dance DJ, encouraged by a bizarre mentor in former Cheers star Kirstie, who started DJ-ing as DJ Lil’ Buttercup four years ago.
