Celebrity Real Estate - Jake Gyllenhaal Sells Home
Jake Gyllenhaal recently sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.262 million. Gyllenhaal purchased the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home back in 2005 for $2.5 million. See pictures of the home here.
I could be happy there, mostly because of the view and privacy. The pool leaves slit to be desired but the grass area, with the view, makes me want to do cartwheels on it.
I've been checking out real estate in New Mexico (around the Santa Fe/Taos region) and if I was gonna spend that kind of dough, and wanted a mountain view, I'd go to N.M. (Or Colo.) The kitchen was decent but over all, the house seemed kind of small and basically a snooze fest. I just can't see spending over 3 million on something like that. Guess it's all location, location etc.
They want privacy yet want to be "seen". Exausting lifestyle.

ReplyDeleteNo upper cabinets and the lowers are all drawers. Looks like my kitchen at Blanc Debris configured that way and I hate it.
