Kate Hudson Calls off Engagement, Dates Dancer

Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy have called it quits after four years together. They share one son together, Bingham, now 3. Us Weekly reports that Kate Hudson has already moved on from Bellamy with none other than Derek Hough of Dancing With the Stars fame. Hudson was spotted dining with Hough over the weekend, and previously raved about him in a 2013 interview with Shape magazine.

    The only thing surprising about this is that they lasted as long as they did.

    Kate seems to be one of those women who must have a man in her life. Not sure Derek Hough is the best choice of a rebound relationship.

      My bff is the same way. She dumped her dude after 7 years (no tears shed from me, he was a colossal asshole) and is now in a relationship with the guy she cheated with. But according to her, it's "not a relationship." He just comes over with his dog almost every day of the week. Her daughter thinks it's bullshit, and I have to admit I agree with her. And now she's trying to set me up with her friends. She just can't seem to get that some people want to be alone.

      Cheesgrater..I feel for you. I remember being in my teens after high school and everyone wanted me to have a boyfriend or date. I was an anomaly because I enjoyed the pleasure of my own company or my friends..Although they were the ones wanting me to couple up. AND of course cancel our girls nights or bring a man on our girl functions.
      (My friend still did this when I came home to visit. Hadn't seen her in 30 years and she still had to bring her man of the hour with her.)

      The patterns may be retarded, but the fabric is great. Double lined and keeps all the jiggly parts wrapped up.

    Derek Hough needs to clean his face. He has menacing eyebrows and all that facial hair that he thinks may be sexy, but I think is serial killer-ish. And that smile of his, gaaaah, I don't like him one bit. Not even the way he dances.

    I too thought Hough was gay. Kate and Bellamy kind of did things backwards; she accidentally became pregnant after only dating 3 months, and then they tried to make it work. Not the optimum way to start relationship. I think she is a good mom tho. Guess she will be like her mom, find love of life late in life.

    i thought matt dumped kate a long time ago but she begged him to just not announce anything..
    then she went abd screwed chris martin for about a year trying to get pregnant w/ his baby but than chris cut and run and she um "explored her options" during this years awards season then they were "stronger than ever"..glad they just threw in the towel
    their publicists must be getting whiplash trying to kep up w/ what's what
