Boyfriend of Ladies of London Star Plunges to Death
Scot Young, 52, who viewers of Ladies of London know as Noelle Reno's boyfriend going through the costly divorce, plunged to his death after falling out of the window of his central London penthouse. The Daily Mail reports that Young fell 60 ft out of his fourth-floor penthouse, and was impaled on the iron railings below when he landed. Young was living with Noelle Reno at the time of his death.

ReplyDeleteI'm fairly certain it was suicide. Quite an awful scene, it was reported. I watched the first season, and did not care for Noelle at all. But this is beyond devastating (for his children especially).
ReplyDeleteI agree. She was a gold digging wannabe, but he was clearly insecure and used money as a means of keeping her and himself, in that lifestyle. Loss of his fortune is thought to be the motivation for his mental decline.:(

ReplyDeleteCrazy. Just proves that money does not buy happiness. Noelle does come off as a money-obsessed harpie on Ladies of London, which is my most fave show ever. Is it returning? RHBH was so boring last night.
ReplyDeleteHe did seem to be in a financial mess, but his financial mess still means he had a bazillion dollars more than the rest of us. His first wife claims he tried to commit suicide during their marriage, according to the Daily Mail report.
The article I read said the ex wife claimed he tried to commit suicide after their split, and had more recently been hospitalized for mental issues.
DeleteIt was also said they had moved into the high end place (where Jimi Hendrix and a few Beatles used to live) over the summer. But in googling earlier stories of Noelle, I found a picture of her from a few years ago standing in front of the same building where he died. It makes me think this was her dream home.

Great article Vintage! I wish I had known about this years ago. The story is very intriguing and now tragic :( But I'm very interested in following up after reading that!

ReplyDeleteOne of his best friends Johnny Elichaoff died in incredibly similar circumstances just a few weeks ago!
ReplyDeleteWell he was the Ray Donovan to the stars and Russian oligarchs and got mixed up in some bad business deals so just put that into perspective on whether or not he jumped or was *pushed*... them there Russians don't fool around. .

DeleteNoelle's hybrid American - British accent makes me so stabby. She was so rude to him.. I watched too much Dateline/48 Hours Mysteries to be immediately convinced that he fell and wasn't pushed.
