Dan Bilzerian Update and Arrest

Douchebag Dan Bilzerian was called out by Nik Richie of the website The Dirty earlier this week for kicking a woman in the face at LIV nightclub in Miami. At the time, the Vanessa Costano elected not to press charges. TMZ now reports that the victim has hired an attorney to sue Bilzerian, and labels him as a "menacing trust fund recipient" in the filing. 

 In other Bilzerian news, TMZ reports that Dan Bilzerian was arrested at LAX on Tuesday night for trying to build a bomb. The arrest warrant was issued out of Nevada. Bilzerian is being held without bail, and if convicted of the felony, faces between 1 and 6 years in prison. Bilzerian's family is no stranger to prison - his father Paul Bilzerian did time in early '90s for securities and tax laws violations.

As most of you have learned @DanBilzerian was arrested and is in jail. Like I stated previously when I posted the video of #DanBilzerian kicking a woman in the face, my intention was not to garner him more fame. I strongly feel that no man should ever assault a woman no matter what. Unfortunately Dan seems to think differently. To all his fans on Instagram take a second to really think about the situation and the message he sends. This is a serious topic to me, hitting a woman is lower than low. So tonight I'm personally donating money to Sisters of the Good Shepherd and Haven Hills in Dan Bilzerian's honor. Update: The Washington Post reports that contrary to TMZ's statement that Bilzerian would be held without bail, he has been released on bail. He has to appear in court next on January 9th.

    Never was a fan of Nik Ritchie, but he seems to be a little nicer since his wife almost died.

    I can't STAND Nik Richie but a stopped clock is right twice a day. Good for him for calling that tool out and then promoting a domestic violence organization.

    I can't believe he was building a bomb at LAX and got released on bail. WTH? I got frisked once because my carry on had sewing scissors and knitting needles (never mind that they were in a ball of yarn and attached to a half-knitted scarf).

    Some people were defending him, saying she went after him or the girl he was with, and he was defending the girl. BS, the girl was on the ground. You don't kick a woman in the face when she's on the ground and of no threat to you or your girl, douchebag.

      Then again Bill Cosby is walking around free as a bird. If it was women who had done these things they'd be taking all of this a lot more seriously IMO.

    That's an excellent congregation, I was fortunate enough to go to one of their schools, where they teach/raise girls to be independent women with pride and strength.
    So, they don't only take care of women and girls who have been exploited, they also work to educate girls so they have a better life.
    The majority of girls in my class went on to college, and not a single one ended up a teen mom.
