Shania Twain To Go On Farewell Tour

People reports that Shania Twain has announced a 48-city North American Tour that will serve as her farewell. This is the first time that Twain has toured in 11 years. Twain recently wrapped up a two year residency at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Gavin DeGraw will be opening for Twain on the tour.

      I can 100% guarantee you that Shania is NOT MV. My cousin was had a wish granted as part of Make a Wish, and she got to meet Shania Twain (she came to her hospital room) and she sang for my cousin. Her voice is her voice.

    I thought the real story was it was Shania who was having the affair and Mutt and the bf thing was just a cover? Weren't they all about her career?

    I'm afraid the time has passed for Shania. When I first started my job 20 years ago, my coworker listened to country music. I really liked Reba, Shania, Lorrie Morgan, and Pam Tillis. Where are they now?

    I don't know that Shania is MV and a total fake, but she IS a studio creation. Her ex-hubby is a recording icon and he worked his magic for her. Her career without him does not exist.

    Shania isn't MV. Girl can sing. But you are right Brenda, without Mutt she has nothing to offer. Of course, she doesn't need the money and I don't think she really cared about the fame, so I am sure she will do alright.

    brenda yup .. girl can sing but without mutts monster lyrics and rhyming abilities and studio wizardry she can't sell anything new.. she tried to release a few singles to promote her residency but without 8 line verses and rhymey hooks she couldn't sell. either she refuses to work with mutt or he her but w/o him she is ordinary girl with other peoples ordinary songs..
    i love her but she only has the mutt songs to live off of

    I thought she wrote a lot of her own music/hits over the years? And I always found it a bit too coincidental that she married the guy who's wife Mutt "left her for". Maybe @califblondy is right, it was Shania doing the dirty, not Mutt. But she could definitely sing, she sang up her at Deerhurst Resort for years I believe.

    Look at the line of females in the rap/hip hop (whatever) scene who have to screw someone to get songs or a producer or whatever. I guess at least Shania was married to the guy for awhile.
