Real actual questions because Google fail: What is a weave? Do you actually weave it into your hair like a braid? Do you have to go to a salon for it? Can you wash it? How do you get it out? Is the purpose to make your hair longer or fuller?
The only experience I have with extensions was those roach clip things my babysitter would put in my hair so I could look like a pop star with pink streaks.
LOL Seven, I know at least one kind is attached to your actual hair, kind of like sewn to it (not sure exactly how). It's to make your hair longer (Britney's case since her real hair is short) and/or fuller. Yes you wash it like your regular hair.I know someone with them and they go every 6 or so weeks to have it redone.
What exactly does/did everyone see in Britney in the first place? She wasn't around that long so you can't really say she's any kind of "legendary" singer or performer. Elton John, Billy Joel, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, even Madonna I can understand (though I don't own any of her music). I don't get why people still get worked up over her (unless it's sympathy).
Personally, I think it's mostly a sympathy thing. She had such a total public meltdown at such a young age. And everyone loves a successful comeback story.
