Celebrity Real Estate - Lena Dunham Edition

Last month, we showed you the former home of George Peppard, star of Breakfast at Tiffany and The A Team. The home was listed for $2.699 million, and now it has found a buyer - Lena Dunham! Dunham scooped up the two bedroom home for full asking price. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    Well, I get that. It's a California house that's about the size of a Brooklyn apartment. She must feel right at home.

    This is the kind of pretentious thing a hipster wannabe would do. Buy an extremely overpriced house belonging to old Hollywood to throw Uber hipster cocktail parties with Taylor Swift and company. . Only a spoiled rich Pratt who needs validation of coolness from other prats would buy this thing. .

    I like the house and cld be very happy there. 2 million sounds like chump change nowadays. I like she bought what she needed, not some huge showy place.

      Our house had one when we moved in and I felt the same way. Its perfect for big pots and pans, sometimes I am mean and bathe my cat in it. :)

      It has been known to bath babies in sinks in our family.The babies love it,it's quick and convenient,everybody wins.My family has enough older generations to question the need for a cot.A drawer with plenty of blankets never killed anyone!

    I love this quaint house. I would much rather have something cozy and tiny like this than a big ol' obnoxious mansion.
