      That's different from Calabasas right??
Or is it all considered the valley? ?
Is hidden hills also considered the valley? ?

Where are my California peeps who can define what "the valley" actually is please..

Also just watched last night's empire..

    3. I grew up nearish the valley on the palos verdes peninsula across the bay. The Valey is and always will be a world away from the main LA basin area and its quite noticable but to be fair, many places in LA are like that, just that different.
I went to Busch Gardens for my senior prom in the Valley and it was pretty neat, they still ran the boat rides and beer station where of course they served pop but guess what? We all had flasks LOL
Of course the Roscoe and Haskell Tommys (famous chili cheese burgers) nearby is a mandatory stop on any trip up the freeway and this was the first Tommys to have french fries.
Six Flags is out a bit further and yeah, lots of filming areas in that direction, first that comes to mind is Vasquez Rocks whick I would think that anyone who watches TV has probably seen something filmed there. The Valley is a unique place.

  2. I just don't buy her. I think she's full of shit. This is just in general I have no opinion on her having the flu.

@Lotta The Valley is part of LA. The area spawned Valley Girls in the 80's, it was like, totally, you know?

  3. Wilmer Valderrama makes me sick too, and I've never met him. I can only imagine what sleeping with him would do to your health.

  4. I don't know, you guys, but this cold/flu going around her has been persistent. I've had it twice and I'm still coughing my head off with bad chest congestion. I can't seem to shake it. But no question Demi is still struggling with her issues especially if she's living with Wilmer.

    1. I got that cold myself. Better off to get it checked in case it has morphed into pneumonia.

  6. The Valley is my home. I am here.
It is the San Frenando Valley, the Hollywood Hills are one of the ranges that make up a wall of the Valley.
And yes, Hidden Hills and Calabasas are part of "The Valley".
Ventura Blvd (Tom Pettys "Free Fallin"), Laurel Canyon Blvd, and the 101 (hollywood Fwy) are main, very populated roads. (405 too) Studio City, Toluca Lake (North Hollywood known as NoHo), Burbank are filled with Studios and Entertainmet Production. Hardly a day goes by when I don't see a film crew (lots of big white trailers and trucks) working on residential streets or the Blvd (Ventura Blvd). If I want to be in Bevetly Hills/Hollywood I just go "over the Hill" via Laurel Canyon or Coldwater Canyon on a winding drive for about 10 mins with no traffic. Encino (famous for The Galleria) and Sherman Oaks, as well as all the cities I named thus far is home to soooo many celebrities. Then there's the seedy parts, Van Nuys being where The Porn industry was huge. Things have changed. There's a portion of The Valley that is not desirable. I love my area. The other thing is it's very hot here, some can't stand it but I love it. If L.A.is 80 The Valley could be 90. There are many days in the winter that I'm in a backless sundress, and some days are too hot for my convertible top down but most are awesome for that. (I wear messy hair because it girs with my car). Also Mullhulland is near and a lovely drive. I was raised in The O.C., beach community, but I prefer the desert climate of The Valley. There's def a different vibe here, but many native Calufornians talk similar to the stereotype of The Valley. (Including myself). But living at the beach, in So Cal, you will here "Dude" used for every word under the sun.
For some reason The Hill (Hollywood Hills/Beverly Hills) is a wall that people on figure it a feat to go over. It can be with traffic, but I think mostly it's the vibe that changes. Don't get me started about traveling a whopping 10 -20 miles to the West Side.
(Fun fact. Lol. My car was parked in the spot where Robert Blake's car was parked the night of the murder when my car suffered a major hit and run. I figured it's a cursed spot and I stay away from it now.)
That's just s little bit about my beloved Valley.

  7. Does Demi L. Being in the hospital affect me in the least? Nope. Not at all, making me wonder why this is news? People get sick everyday, I mean it's not like she's in a life threatening situation.
