Celebrity Real Estate - Beyonce Rental Edition

Jay Z and Beyonce still haven't found a house that they love enough to commit to long term in Los Angeles, so they have decided to plunk down $150K/mo on a rental in Holmby Hills. The couple also rented the pad last year for $200K/mo. The home is currently on the market for $35.5 million, and its 16,000 square feet contain seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, two kitchens, a screening room, an elevator, and a grass tennis court. See pictures of the property at TMZ.

  1. Such a deal! Where do they live now? I guess Goop talked them into moving to Hell-A for the schools.

    1. Holmby Hills is where Spelling Manor and The Playboy Mansion are located. Between Beverly Hills and Bel Air :)

  5. Since I wasted a lot of time on HSK last night, I'll share the tea from over there-supposedly Bey knows Jay has an ongoing thing with Riri, knows not to interfere and they (Bey/J) have 3somes with Kelly Rowland and Rita Ora the most.

  6. Why dont they buy a house in a bad area? Fix it up, bring work to the area?

  7. I think it is SO lame that they are moving to La La Land. Maybe Jay wants to get away from all of his baby mommas/bastard children coming out of the woodwork. But he is so New York. This one just baffles the brain.

    1. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll "disappear" in a mudslide or something.
