Celebrity Real Estate - Hollywood Sign Edition

Actor Julian McMahon, famous for Nip/Tuck, is selling his home for $2.299. The best part of the home? It is sitting right underneath the Hollywood Sign! The 3,400 square foot home was built in the mid-1960s, and features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a sweet view of the Hollywood Sign. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

  1. When I glanced at this I thought it said $2.29, lol. Sort of a cute little house..are there snakes up there?

  2. That is a really awkward design and the green is just wrong. Where is the kitchen? Why are there are random tables everywhere?

  3. Too cluttered, not to mention my aversion to words on walls-bathroom:"RELAX",kitchen:"YUM",bedroom:"SLEEP"

  5. It's a cute little house, perfect for a single person, but holy shit, what's with the Day-Glo colors?

I agree with Seven - where are pics of the kitchen and bathrooms?

  7. I love the house, but the colors? Does he have a tween aged daughter that he turned loose as a decorator? Yikes. (& that's coming from someone with a purple kitchen, I LOVE color.)

  9. People who live by the sign are not real thrilled with that aspect of the real estate. There seem to be quite a few tourists up there driving past your house all the time not to mention the aircraft! I've been in a helicopter past the sign myself so I'm sure it can be a little much at times.

I didn't see the bathroom or the kitchen in those pictures. Where did Tickle and Omar see that?

  10. Love the house and location, but the interior decoration is not successful.

  11. The outside reminds me of the house from Swiss Family Robinson.
