Season 1 was awesome, Season 2, was bad, Season 3 was good, this last season was HORRIBLE. Here's hoping 5 will be decent. It seems I like the odd number seasons better.
I liked Season 1 because it was completely different, I watched all of Season 2 and it was mostly good but coven & freaks I've gotten maybe halfway through both and sort of lost interest. Part of the problem (with a lot of shows) is the mid season/holiday/football/etc breaks all the shows take now. I forget what the hell is going on and flat out don't give a shit by the time the show is back on.
This is probably a good gig for her. What with her Oscar performance and successful Tony Bennett album, she seems to be making a good comeback. I'll be watching AHS anyway, so she'll probably fit right in.
I watched a little of the last season and thought it ok. Not enough to tune in every epi. And right-o on her making a comeback. After the Oscars she's got a whole new legion of fans. And she was good on SNL wasn't she? Hope she's a better actor than Madionna with whom she's so often compared.
I stopped watching after that craptastic season 2. I hear the rest was good. Maybe I'll revisit.

Delete@Lotta, IMO S1 was the best. I couldn't get through S2. Coven was pretty good, but I missed the best part with Stevie Nicks.
