Chris O'Dowd Is A Dad

Actor Chris O'Dowd, 35, has welcomed his first child with wife Dawn O'Porter, 36, reports Us Weekly. The couple welcomed son Art O'Porter on January 25th. The couple were married in August 2012, and while Dawn did not take Chris's last name, she changed her own from Porter to O'Porter after the wedding.

    To be honest I thought this was their second kid because she's been up the duff for so bloody long!

    Why would you change your name to O' something? That seems weird but perhaps there is a logical reason?

    I think he's adorable. Loved him in Bridesmaid and haven't seen a lot beyond that save for some interviews after he did Broadway.

      I think it's a super cute way to combine their last names (instead of just taking his name)

    I love this guy too, such a sweetheart - they hired him to do a hockey commercial that was funny,on TSN and I am laughing my head off but everyone else doesn't really know who he is and they are thinking why did they hire an Irish guy for a hockey commercial

    Congrats to the new parents. I really like Chris. I agree with Jennifer she probably didn't like the sound of Dawn O'Dowd, so this was her way to partially take his name.
