Former Real Housewives of New York castmembers Alex McCord and Simon Van Kempen have sold their very understated Brooklyn Townhouse for $2.67 million. The couple bought the property in 2005 for $1.275, and renovated it while on the Real Housewives of New York. The couple has since moved to Australia full time.
