Celebrity Real Estate - J Lo Edition

Jennifer Lopez has decided to downsize. Jenny from the block has listed her Hidden Hills mansion for $17 million. The property is 17,129 square feet and features nine bedrooms, a 20-seat theater, a professional recording studio, and almost all of the Kardashians as your neighbors. No word on whether or not that weighed into Lopez's decision to sell. Lopez bought the property back in 2010 with Marc Anthony for $8.2 million. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    That home is so Mimi! Definitely an entertainment home, there are seats and bars everywhere. That bathroom is drool-worthy!

    Asking for double the price since 2010, how did the real estate agent manage to not laugh....unless they got it at a steal in 2010

    Actually Jlo and Marc bought double lots and tore down the existing house and custom built this one. The double lots cost 8 million not this house. That's why

    Never understand why these celebs buy homes in places like hidden hills, which is pretty far away from LA proper, especially with traffic. Certainly they could afford holmby hills, where you have the ex-spelling mansion and the playboy mansion- gorgeous area and close to everything!
