Jennifer Lopez has decided to downsize. Jenny from the block has listed her Hidden Hills mansion for $17 million. The property is 17,129 square feet and features nine bedrooms, a 20-seat theater, a professional recording studio, and almost all of the Kardashians as your neighbors. No word on whether or not that weighed into Lopez's decision to sell. Lopez bought the property back in 2010 with Marc Anthony for $8.2 million. See pictures of the property at Curbed.
