Celebrity Real Estate - Togetherness Edition

After setting his new HBO show Togetherness in Eagle Rock, Jay Duplass is leaving the city. Duplass has listed his Eagle Rock home for $1.1 million. The home features three bedrooms, two and three-quarters bathrooms, and a guest house. See pictures of the property at Curbed.

    Well, I have no idea who Jay Duplass is, but whoever refurb'ed that Chicago-style bungalow took away all the character of the house.

    Is he one of the Duplass brothers who make movies like Puffy Chair and Safety Not Guaranteed? Like his brother Mark if that's the one.

    Very soothing colours but the galley kitchen and that weird orange-ish tile bathroom aren't so nice.

    @Sherry, yes, Jay is Mark's brother. I loved Safety Not Guaranteed!

      Also, what is a 3/4 bathroom? Tub but no shower? Shower but no tub? Toilet but no sink? Shower but no toilet?

    I would love this decor (except the one bath with the gross tile), but my kids and dog would destroy everything white in less than 10 minutes.

    Which one (Mark or Jay) has the wife that made that pos movie Black Rock? Soooo bad. She starred in it, wrote it, directed it and Lordy it was bad.
