Paris Hilton's brother Conrad, 20, was arrested for going berserk on a flight. TMZ reports that even though the incident took place back in July, the arrest is just now being made. Here are Conrad's priceless quotes from the flight, as reported by TMZ:

"I will fucking own anyone on this flight; they are fucking peasants"

Hilton is being represented by OJ attorney Robert Shapiro, who states that Hilton took a sleeping pill before the flight, and wasn't himself. Hilton also went to rehab after the incident. Another sad case of affluenza. Do they cover that at Cirque Lodge?
