Actor and house flipper Jeremy Renner's newest project has hit the market. This time, Renner and partner Kristoffer Winters have refurbished Preston Sturges's old hom in the Hollywood Hills. The home, built in 1926, features five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and a guest house.
