While there are no new medical updates about Bobbi Kristina, authorities in Georgia have opened up a criminal investigation into what happened to Bobbi Kristina. TMZ reports that Bobbi Kristina has some injuries that indicate something more may have happened to her, in addition to the drowning. Sources state that her boyfriend Nick Gordon had a history of violence. TMZ states the timeline as follows:
"We're told Max Lomas -- the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub -- arrived at around 9 AM last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max says he didn't pay attention to his whereabouts.
The cable guy showed sometime after 10 AM and Max says he let him in -- Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy said he needed access to the bedroom so Max let him in and discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He screamed for Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.
We're told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains."
Sadly the suspicions surrounding the brother/husband/boyfriend don't surprise me.

Though when I read about the swelling of her brain I did think it sounded like some sort of blunt force injury (like he slammed her head into the wall or something)
Sheesh this is all just so so sad.
My feeling was strangulation, not beating. It would only have left traces detectable through autopsy.
DeleteIf there were blood stains certainly there would have been a mention of another injury showing on her? Not sure how reliable TMZ is for crime reportage but there were always talk that this brother was only after her money anyway.

ReplyDeleteThis sounds strange to me....like maybe public opinion of BK isn't as sympathetic as the family thinks it should be and is feeding TMZ information hoping to make Nick look like an even bigger ass than the other family members and her more of a victim rather than just a druggie who ODed.

DeleteI'm embarrassed I even know this much info. There was a fight between BK & Nick approximately a week prior. Police responded to a DV call, but no one answered the door. Nick moved out soon after that.
ReplyDeleteMy guess is there might have been evidence of prior fights that Nick was cleaning up. Max Lomas's original story has changed & I guess he's trying to make a deal since he'd been arrested in January on drugs & guns charges.
There's too much misinformation out there. If the Houston/Brown family weren't all famewhores, there would have been an official spokesperson put into place, so info would only be coming from one source.
I've been following Atlanta's WSB TV for news info for years, so that's where I've been checking for updates.
In one report, I read a random police officer was giving out statements like he was authorized to speak to the press at all (I doubt it). I imagine the MISinformation is staggering.
DeleteThe altercation was on the 23rd. Nick had moved out, but it appears he was there early on the morning of this disaster.
DeleteInterestingly, the surveillance camera wasn't working, which is why the "cable guy" was there.
I'm interested to find what sort of "glitch" was going on in surveilance or why it had been turned off and then needed to be turned on again.
I have a bad feeling about the whole thing. It never appeared to be suicide from day one and I fear BK got herself involved in an abusive, drug fueled relationship that was eventually her demise.
It'll be interesting to find where Max comes in on this. I have a feeling he knows (at least in his gut) what happened.
Sad situation. I think we will be hearing a lot more about this.
Oh, I should add I think Nick Gordon is guilty as the day is long. But until he's officially charged with a crime, no one knows for sure.

Back in the day when we were reading CDAN, Enty implied that Nick Gordon had threatened BK on several time with a gun - I believe the title of the BL was "He's Going to Kill Her" or something along those lines

DeleteHoly shit. I thought it was kind of weird to have someone come over and kick it at 9am, and it's also convenient that Nick didn't have to "find" Bobbi in the tub. The friend Max Lomas is allegedly refusing to speak any more unless they grant him immunity, so he definitely knows something, and that something has to be sketchy. Maybe he was called their early to sell them drugs? I don't know but what a tragic mess.

ReplyDeleteSeems true that everyone just walked all over BK. There is an interview with DM where she says everyone was after her money. What I read between the lines is Nick was deflecting a lot, but who knows.
ReplyDeleteI also read that including WH, this is the third person in a tub dying or dead Nick was around. How many people dead in a tub have you been around? Glad there is an investigation. Hope the dealer knows all.
@MinPin- They care now because the Houstons get to divvy up Bobbi's 20M fortune. Whitney's will stipulated that if Bobbi passes, that the inheritance will be split between Cissy and the two brothers
